Name of Work: Relocating of Polyhouse (Size 6mt x 26mt size and side height 3mt) by the side of seed unit to behind growth chamber under" HAL-IIHR seed production centre" at ICAR- IIHR, Bangalore

1Removing of the existing polysheet, nylon mesh, roof ss mesh including removing gripper and profile and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead (It’s necessary to visit the site before tendering)
2Dismantling G.I. pipes , in purlins sizes 1’’,1 1/4’’,1 1/2’’ by mechanical means, including stacking of pipes within 50 meters lead without damaging the pipes as the purlins has to be reused, cutting grinding and finishing has to be done to joints and cutting of all sizes of pipes as mentioned cutting locations and length of pipes to be handled will be as per site conditions and a minimum length of handling will be approximately 26 mts , all work has to be carried out by mechanical means only etc., complete (approximately 210 rmt of pipes)(It’s necessary to visit the site before tendering)
3Removing the GI pipe roof truss as a hole , by cranes with out damaging the shape are bends of pipe as the same to be relocated and refixed, pipes of roof truss sizes 1’’,1 1/4’’ , 1 1/12’’, by mechanical means, including stacking of pipes within 50 meters lead without damaging the pipes, cutting grinding and finishing wherever required, all work has to be carried out by mechanical means only etc., complete (approximately total roof truss pipes 355 rmt) (It’s necessary to visit the site before tendering)
4Dismantling of solid block masonry and stacking of serviceable material within 50mts lead and disposal unserviceable material within 2 kilometers lead location of disposal as instructed at the site (approximately of 75 sqmt / 15 meter cube) (It’s necessary to visit the site before tendering)
5Removing of existing vertical pipes approximately 35 nos and minimum of 3.50 mt length with out damaging and bending as the same verticals to be re used as verticals at different locations . The portion of the verticals below ground level also to be safely removed and concrete lump if attached with the pipe to cleaned and removed with out damaging the pipe, including stacking of pipes within 50 meters lead (It’s necessary to visit the site before tendering)Relocating the polyhouse to a new said location approximately around 500 mt away from the existing polyhouse
6Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed: All kinds of soil, for cleaning and leveling of site
7Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-incharge. All kinds of soil for walls and pipe foundation grouting and earth work from sump to plolyhouse for water supply line
8Transporting the GI pipe - roof purlins, GI pipe complete roof truss , G.I. pipe verticals from old site to the new site by mechanical means with out damaging the truss pulins and verticals to new location 500 mts away and lifting and erecting of verticals as directed at site to tube levels and plumb , and lifting and erecting the roof truss by cranes and purlins and welding it to the verticals and purlins to roof truss as directed at site including- cutting, threading, welding, hoisting, grinding, finishing, painting joints with zinc rich primer etc complete one work polyhouse size 6 mt x 26 mt and anti room 3mt x 3mt
9Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:4:8 (1 Cement: 4 coarse sand (zone- III) derived from natural sources: 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) for wall base and plinth protection, pipe grouting
10Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for vertical pipes grouting above ground level all along wall line
11Providing and constructing concrete block masonry using 150x200x400 mm solid core compact concrete block (Grade C - 50Kg/Cm2) in CM 1:6 including all scaffolding, curing, etc. complete for side parapet walls (blocks to be laid 200 facing ground, as the pipe size is big)
12Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone- III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) for grouting of pipes below ground level, pipe grouting above ground level, coping
13Providing plastering 12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1cement: 6 fine sand) For walls and Plinth protection
14Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface Water thinnable cement primer
15Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade: Old work (one or more coats @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete.
16Supplying and erecting superstructure framework. : The work shall include cutting, threading, welding, hoisting, grinding, finishing, painting joints with zinc rich primer etc complete. Complete as per directions: GI pipes (ISI-medium,1239)

22Netting: UV stabilized closely knitted good quality 40 nylon meshes for sides including providing edge stitching intermediate nylon tape strengthening at every 5 mt c/c wherever required etc. complete. As per the approved sample
23Providing and fixing approved make and quality stainless steel insect proof mesh (304 grade) as per approved sample to available grippers, etc complete as per directions for roof ventilation of plyhouse.
24Supplying and laying fixing PVC pipes (6kg/cm2-ISI- Finolex/Supreme/Kisan/Prince/Canara/Ashirvad) with all required collars, bends, elbows, tees, sockets, bush with pvc solvent etc ., complete as required at site 40 mm dia pipe for water supply line from sump to polyhouse
25Supplying and fixing horizontal submersible pump 2HP capacity (Sharp,Texmo,Suguna) with starter with starter box and locking system and connected wiring , switches as directed at site complete one work
26Providing and fixing Zig Zag spring with profile as per approved sample, to firmly hold shade net as directed at site
27Providing and fixing brass bib cock of approved quality 15 mm nominal bore (Jal / Plumber / Omco / EssEss)
28Providing and fixing gun metal gate valve with C.I. wheel of approved quality (screwed end) 25 mm nominal bore
29Supplying and fixing Triple layer PVC overhead tank with necessary bush , fittings etc., complete as required at site 500 lts tank each two nos
