11M&L for extending the existing LT panel board at LT substation above Central AC Plant of Main Lab with 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet Factory made Indoor type totally enclosed weather dust and vermin proof as per IS , CPRI Approved, with front and rear opening suitable locking arrangement with necessary copper bus bar of capacity 480 Amps with necessary supporting insulators so as to match with the existing LT panel board/ Distribution panel by connecting to existing bus bar by using rigid copper bus bar by opening the one side of existing panel /bus bar including necessary supporting frame /channel fix through existing cable trench from ground with comprising of the followings:-

13M&L for extending the existing LT panel board at T complex LT substation with 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet Factory made In door type totally enclosed weather dust and vermin proof as per IS , CPRI Approved, with front and rear opening suitable locking arrangement with necessary copper bus bar of capacity 750 Amps with necessary supporting insulators so as to match with the existing LT panle board/Distribution panel by connecting to existing bus bar by using rigid copper bus bar by opening the one side of existing panel /bus bar including necessary supporting frame /channel fix through existing cable trench from ground with comprising of the followings:-
14(a) MCCB 500 Amps, 4 Pole, 36 kA, Ics =100% of Icu with spreader and rom-1 No.
15(b)Provision for outgoing cable of size up to 300 sq mm from the extended portion of LT distribution panel
16Note for SI Item No 01, 02, 03 and 04 :(i) Contractor has to submit the drawing for LT panel board before commencement of work and get it approved from Accepting Officer
17ii) Contractor has to take the shutdown from the MRS 11KV Substation at technical area with prior permission for extending of main LT panel at sub stations
18ii) Contractor shall be cleaned the existing LT panel before making connections from existing LT panel to new LT panel after shut down

20M&L for XLPE insulated, armoured , heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor , 1100 Volts grade , in trenches/fixed on wall of following cross-sectional area Note (i) Rate include the cost of lug of proper size and cable gland (ii) Necessary Excavation, PCC cover and sand cushioning shall be measured &paid separately

24Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m deep and 1.5 m width as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified

26Removal of surface soil to a distance n.exc 50m and deposited where directed at a level n.exc1.5 m above the starting point complete all as directed.
27S & L for Sand for cushioning for cable protection in trenches 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm deep over the cable (Note:Punned thickness shall be taken for measurement )
28Supply and lay unreinforced precast cement concrete cable cover for protection of underground cable in trenches class LV flat size 250 x 150 x 40 mm.
29M&L Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6.0mmthickburied directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25m deep below ground level with the top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to GI earth strip of 25x 4mm by means of bolts, nuts, washers etc., GI earth strip shall be protected by 40mm dia GI pipe "medium grade", watering pipe 20mm dia GI pipe "light grade", GI wire meshed funnel, alternate layer of charcoal and salt on all side to earth plate upto a thickness of 150mm, filling of black cotton soil in earth pit upto GL, and connected to earth plate including necessary excavation & earthwork, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 earth chamber with 40mm x 40mm x 6mm MS angle iron frame, 40mm thick RCC cover (1:2:4) type B1 mix with 8mm dia nominal reinforcement @ 75mm c/c both ways etc., with plastering 15mm thick in CM (1:6) internally and upto 150mm below GL externally, PGI funnel with wire mesh, complete all as shown in electrical plate No.3 connected to earthing test point, including testing on completion, complete all as specified and as directed.
30NOTE:- (a) Rate quoted shall deemed to include cost of excavation in any type of strata, RFR and removal upto 50metre.
31Supply and lay in trenches /fixed on wall GI tubing light grade with necessary fittings such as bend , tee, elbow etc complete for the following sizes

36Material and Labour for cross arms. Bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts ,bolts, washers, welding bending cold or hot ,drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat , one under aluminium coat and one aluminium finishing coat of paint complete all as specified for supporting frame for fixing the single phase enclosure and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.
