Supply Of Aluminised Apron (Black Open, Full Sleeve Type) For Melters.Aluminised Apron (Black Open, Full Sleeve Type) For Melters.,Aluminised Apron (Back Open, Full Sleeve Type) For Melter As Per Attached Drawing And The Following Description: Outer Layer: The Outer Layer Of The Fabric Should Be Made From Preoxidized-Para-Aramide Based Aluminized Material. Total Weight Of Fabric Should Be 515 G/M2 (+/-30 G/M2). Fabric Should Be Tested And Certified To En11612 Having A Rating Of A1 B1 C3 D3 & E3. €‹ Inner Most Layer: Innermost Layer Shall Be Provided With A Very Thin Cotton Lining For Better Comfort. Design:€‹ 1. The Apron Should Be Designed To Offer Complete Protection With Maximum Comfort Of Mobility To The User. 2. The Apron Should Be Provided With A Round Collar With Velcro Fastening Arrangement. 3. The Apron Should Be Stitched With Flame Retardant And Mechanically Strong Para-Aramide Thread. 4. Tying Arrangement From The Back Of The Apron Should Be With Velcro Fastening Arrangement Or With Press Button And Loops Made From The Same Materials Or With Metallic Buckles Or With Straps Made From The Same Aluminized Materials. 5. The Fabric Used For Stitching Of Apron Should Offer Excellent Thermal, Radiant And Convective Heat Protection. 6. Outer Fabric Should Be Tested And Certified To En Iso 11612 And En 1486. 7. Fabric Information, Technical Data, Certification Report, Test And Analysis Report Shall Be Submitted Along With The Quotation. Failing Which, Offer Is Liable To Be Ignored. 8.
