| 2 | SUPPLY OF LNG DISPENSING SYSTEM FOR KHORDA, BHUWANESHWAR Scope includes system design, development of P&ID, layout as per PESO rules, design basis and other applicable guidelines. Scope also includes but is not limited to design, engineering, procurement of materials, inspection, fabrication, painting and supply of LNG Dispensing System comprising 1 Nos. LNG dispensing Pumps alongwith saturation skid and 1 Nos. LNG Dispensers as per scope of work, PJS, Datasheets & Specification etc. attached with tender documents, required to complete the work of the whole system as per Indian regulations and codes. Scope shall also include Design, engineering,supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Instrumentation System Comprising of Wall Mounted HMI ( which is going to be installed in the control room), automation, safetyinterlocks, integration with existing system, etc.complete in all respects to make the complete integrated system and satisfy all applicable codes and statutory norms in india and as per drg., specification, etc. available in tender document. Scope shall also include Design , engineering,supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Electrical system & lighting associated with above envisaged system to make the electrical works complete in all respects to satisfy all applicable codes and statutory norms in india and as per tender specifications & scope of work. Scope shall also include supply of 1 no. 10 KG DCP (as per IS: 15683-2006) & 1 set of Fire Buckets (4 nos. 9 ltrs. capacity) for upcoming dispenser & pump and other safety items as detailed in PJS. Note 1.: Bidder shall visit the site to access the quantum of work & Site feasibilitybefore bidding and quote accordingly. Note 2: Civil works & architectural works are excluded from the scope of the present tender. However, Vendor shall furnish the detailed construction drawings of foundations of their vessels/ equipment/ supports etc which shall be constructed by the contractor through other tender. Note 3: Future Provision for 1 No LNG Dispensing Pump and 1 No of LNG Dispenser is to be provided. |
| 3 | ERECTION & COMMISSIONING OF LNG DISPENSING SYSTEM FOR GAIL KHORDA(BHUBNESHWAR) The scope of work consist oferection/ installation of all equipment as defined under tender document including design, engineering, procurement of materials required for erection, supply of materials required for erection, fabrication and carrying out site work for all mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, Wall Mounted HMI ( which is going to be installed in the control room), automation, safetyinterlocks, integration with existing system, etc.complete in all respects to make the complete integrated system to complete the work in all respects including testing (as required), pre-commissioning and commissioning of the complete system. The scope shall also include training of atleast5 nos. Owner"s employees / Owner"s representatives for operation and maintenance of the new installed system in two sessions each of duration 2 weeks. |
| 4 | Annual repair & comprehensive Maintenance Lump-sum Annual repair & comprehensive Maintenance charges for new installed system during warranty period & 3 years after completion of warranty period inclusive of all manpower, spare parts as defined in the AMC spec. Doc. No. MEC/05/E5/LNG/AMC of tender. The AMC shall be extendable for another 2 year as per owner’s requirement (at sole discretion of Owner) at the rates quoted by the vendor under sl. No. 1.7 (i.e. fourth year comprehensive Maintenance inclusive of all manpower, spare parts charges). |

However, design, preparation of civil drawings and stage verification of dimensions of civil & structures for equipments are included in the present Bidder’s scope. d. Comprehensive maintenance of the complete system including consumables are in the scope of vendor. However, manpower required for money collection, billing, etc. for LNG dispensing are not in the vendor scope. |
