Annual comprehensive maintenance contract of Solar water heating systems installed at Psychiatry C block, De-addiction centre, Psychiatry B block, Psychiatry in patient centre and Pavillion-I to IV, NIMHANS, Bangalore A) The scope of work consists of checking the system once in every three months. 1) Cleaning of collector glasses 2) Leak check of all collectors 3) Check up of blockage collectors. 4) Check up of proper cold water supply to the system 5) Check up of valves functioning 6) Check for air block and proper functioning of air vent 7) Check for all joints in the system 8) Check for storage tank and piping installation 9) Check for proper functioning of auto system of control panel 10) Check up for electrical back up system 11) Check up of proper functioning of temperature gauge, water meter and starter motor pump etc., B) Attending break down complaints, on emergency basis as and when called. C) Flush out of collectors, cleaning of collectors from inside once in a year.
