| 1 | Shifting/ transporting repairable summer appliances such as window & split type air conditioners, refrigeratorsandwater cooler from location to contractor\"s workshop for checking & repair as well as replacement of defective parts, making equipments in serviceable condition including refixing the same in the existing location and 24 hrs testing complete, all as specified of following capacities:- |

| 7 | Maintenance, servicing, overhaulingof any nature of defective various capacity split/ window type AC including cleaning of air filters, checking of wiring and replacing defective spares as required.Note for Serial Item No 1.01 to 1.05 :- (i)Replaced sparesparts shall be measured and paid separately under respective Items of Schedule \"A\" as supply only. (ii) Taking out the entire unit from the window after unscrewing front cover, packing material, ply or any type of front cover. (iii) Servicing/cleaning the entire unit with elect blower and cleaning with collin or equivalent agent. (iv) Testing and refixing complete all as directed. (v) Through care/protection of PCB plate shall be kept to avoid any kind of damage while servicing / cleaning. (vi) Sealing of unit with thermocol/packing material shall be part of the job at no extra cost. (vii) Each service shall be measured and paid seperately as each job.(vii) However small pieces of wire terminals, soldering/ clipings required at site for proper fuctioning of the Equipment is deemed to be included in quoted rates under this item. |
