1Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared
2Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead including all tools & plants, labour etc. complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge.
3Demolishing cement concrete 1:3:6 manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead and supply of all tools and plants and all other charges etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
4Repair works to cracks in plastering / masonary / R.C.C. works/ lintels/ beams/ chajjas etc. cutting out cracks in \"V\" section , cleaning out wetting, grouting with cement-sand slurry, 1:3( 1 Cement, 3 Sand) including mixing with water proofing compound as recommended by the manufacturerincluding supply of all materials, tools, labours, scaffoldings etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.
5Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse Sand) on wall surface after removing old damaged/cracked plaster as directed including cost of all materials, labours, disposal of the patches of area 2.5 sq meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including cost of all materials, labours, disposal of the debris within a lead of 50mtr scaffolding, curing, tools and plants and all other charges etc. complete.
6Earth work in excavation in trenches for foundations and for pipes, drains etc, cables etc. (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5m including getting out and stacking the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50m in loose or soft soilincluding all tools & plants, labour etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
7Polishing one coats on previously polished wooden hand railing of tower & wherever necessary to give an even shades directed at all height in tower after filling the voids/ gaps/ cracks with approved filler material & then polishing with french polish of approved Ist quality, brand & manufacture, colour & shade after scrapping down the worn polish, cleaning and preparing the surface properly & then cleaning the polishing spot on the floors, furnitures etc of thetower after polishing, removal and placing of all the items in existing position as directed including cost of supply of allmaterial, labour, tools & plants, scaffolding and all other charges etc., complete.
8Cleaning of the existing well of 2.00m dia to know the availability of water, including digging out the sand/or debris up to water level, dismantling and removing the old parapet wall, cleaning the side wall of the well with water including cleaning the mud/slurry etc, pumping out the water for cleaning etc complete as directed including supply of all materials, labours, tools & plants and all other charges etc. complete(Refer Rate Analysis)
9Providing & Fixing 1mm thick M.S Sheet door with frame of , 40x40x6mm angle iron 3.00mm M.S Gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. Using M.S angles 40x40x6mm for diagonal braces.

12Providing & Fixing steel door/windows with frame of standard rolled steel section without horizontal glazing bars joints mitred and welded with GI wire/jalli embedded with concrete with wooden plaugs & screws (or) check nuts including and fixing of projecting hings, handles etc as requred, complete including applying a primer coat of red oxide paint and two coats of S.E paints including supply of all materialls, labours, fabrication, charges of fixing, transportation etc complete .
13Providing Steel reinforcement (Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars) of Fe 415 grade for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level.
14Dismantling of wooden doors, windows and ventilators, clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats,architrave, holdfasts etc, area not exceeding up to 3Sqm, without damaging the adjacent structure including stacking the serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable materials supply of all labours, tools, materials, etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.
15Providing Second class teak/padauk wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length ( hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately).
16Providing 40x5 mm flat iron hold fast 40 cm long including fixing to frame with 10 mm diameter bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embedding in cement concrete block 30x10x15cm 1:3:6 mix (1 cement : 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).
17Providing and fixing Second class teak/padauk wood panelled 35 mm thick shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows, finished with melamine polish over a coat of wooden primer including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges (heavy type) : 100x85x5.5 mmbright finishedwith necessary brass screws, Aluminium tower bolt (barrel type) 250x10mm, Aluminium handles 125 mm with plate 175x32 mm, Aluminium sliding bolts 300x16 mm and Aluminium singlerubber door stopper including supply of all labours, tools, materials, etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.
18Providing and fixing Second class teak/padauk wood 35 mm thick glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4 mm thick float glass panes, including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges, Al. Tower bolts,Al. Handles,Hooks & Eyes bright finished of required size with necessary screws including all tools & plants, labour etc. complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge.(ref. rate analysis)
19Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 Coarse Sand : 4 Graded Stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) above plinth level including laying, compacting, curing and form Works complete with all materials, tools, labours etc. as directed by the engineer in charge
20Cleaning of Existing Septic Tank including cleaning the sewer line, inspection chambers, manholes and carried out minor repairs if any, including sealing the tanks with cement mortar, flushing the sewer line and tank with clean water and disposal of the wastes excrete/debris/deposits to the dumping site as specified by the local authority including cost of all materials, tools and plants, labour charges etc. complete as directed by the engineer incharge

50Providing & laying 75mm dia PVC pipes of heavy type 6 Kgf/Sq.cm of approved brand and manufactures for rain water/SWR pipe line including fixing necessary clamps, screws and fittings, included jointing of pipes & fittings with PVC solvent etc. including walling, making good the wall, ceiling and floor including cost of all materials, Tools & Plants, labour charges etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.
51Providing and laying Ceramic glazed Anti Skid floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment, cost of supply of all labours, materials, tools & plants and all other charges etc, complete.
52Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS:15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) or approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by engineer-in-charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement:3 Coarse Sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete with all materials, tools, labours, etc as directed by the engineer in charge.
