Electrical & Instrumentation Engineers Shall Also Be Present Along With Vendors Erection And Commissioning Engineers As Required. The Supervisory Cost Of Mandays As Specified For Each Pump Package Shall Be Considered For The Purpose Of Commercial Comparison ( Which He May Decide Between Days For Indian / Foreign Supervisors And Also Discipline Wise But Total Of Man Days Per Pump Package ) . The Vendor Shall Indicate In His Proposal The Cost Of Providing The Above Services On Per Diem Basis. 1	Bidders shall supply mandatory spares as listed in “Mandatory spare parts (Doc. No. B378-131-80-42-SL-5950)” forming part of inquiry document. The prices of the same shall be included in base price of pump package. Bidder to furnish Breakupof such mandatory spares in the format A3, which is already included in the supply price of main equipment
2	Bidder to furnish Breakupof commissioning spares (as recommended by them) in the format A3, which is already included in the supply price of main equipment and shall be supplied along with the Pump package. Any spares consumed over and above the spares supplied along with the Pump package, shall be provided by the pump vendor at the time of commissioning without any time/cost implication to the purchaser. Any unused spare(s) shall be retained at purchaser"s end without any cost implication.
3	Bidders are also required to submitfurnish Breakupofspecial tools and tackles(as recommended by them) in the format A3,which shall be included and supplied along with the Pump package.Price for the same shall be included in base price of the pump package. If no special tools/tackles are required for normal operation and maintenance of the pump package, the same shall be categorically mentioned in the bid.
4	Vendor to furnish list of spare parts for two years normal operation & Maintenance furnished in attached Format A2 as recommended by them for each pump package. Quote for such spares (unit price for each spare) shall be furnished along with proposal. The same shall not be considered for commercial evaluation and may be ordered by client later.
5	Per Diem Rates Supervision for during erection and commissioning of the pump packages shall be quoted by bidder in accordance with the "Terms & Conditions for Supervision Services" enclosed with the RFQ Document and as per scope mentioned in MR. The vendor shall provide his services for supervision during erection and commissioning of the pump packages. Electrical & instrumentation engineers shall also be present along with vendors erection and commissioning engineers as required. The supervisory cost of mandays as specified for each pump package shall be considered for the purpose of commercial comparison (which he may decide between days for Indian/Foreign supervisors and also discipline wise but total of man days per pump package). The vendor shall indicate in his proposal the cost of providing the above services on per diem basis. The presence of OEM vendor for the purpose of erection and commissioning shall be on need basis and criticality of the equipment as decided at site based on the site conditions. Per diem rates, as quoted by the vendor shall be the basis of payment, based on actual requirements. For each pump package grouped item, the supervisory cost of 10 mandays (i.e., 05 man- days for each Pump Package) shall be considered for purpose of commercial comparison. However, the actual payment for above services shall be based on actual man days consumed at site for carrying out these activities.
6	The initial fill of lubricants, sealing fluid & other consumables shall not be included in the scope of supply of pump vendor. However, vendor shall furnish list of recommended Indian makes oils for bearing lubrication and seal pot buffer/barrier liquid (as applicable).
7	Quoted price shall be inclusive of prices for raw materials sourced outside India and to be incorporated in the finished product sourced from India - Bidder shall furnish the break-up of built-in CIF value against each quoted item, giving details of description of goods, qty. rate of custom duty etc. in attached Sheet "A1-CIF".
8	In case of any discrepancy in the Item Description/Tag No./ Qty. specified in this Price Schedule vis-à-vis the corresponding details in MR, the Item Description/Tag No./ Qty.specified in MR shall prevail.
9	The quoted prices shall be inclusive of all inspection and testing requirements as specified in the enclosed MR.
10	As stated elsewhere in tender, bidder is required to quote all components of Price schedule. In case, it is found that some of components of Price Schedule viz. Freight, Ocean/Air Freight Charges, Incidental Services Component, etc. are left blank or quoted “Nil / Zero” in Price Bid, the same shall be considered inclusive in total quoted price for evaluation and ordering. No confirmation from the bidder shall be sought in this regard
11	i) Bidders must submit this preamble with their bid with both unpriced & priced offer. ii) Bidders are mandatorily required to enter their name in the each page of excel file / pdf file of Price Schedule provided in the e-tender portal for submission of Unpriced & price bid
