| 6 | Providing and fixing roofing sheet, cladding with 0.47mm thick colour coated concelled system profile corrugated/semi corrugated/plain zincalume sheets of 55mpa yield stress (AS 1397 – Zincalume AZ 150) with coating class AS/NZS 2728 (minimum 150 grams per relevant standard) having a total coating thickness of 35 micron.The sheet should be rolled over specially designed concealed fixing clip manufactured from hi-tensile Aluminium Zinc alloy Zincalumen steel based and galvanized hooks.The clip should be fastened with minimum 40micron Zinc coated / minium 25micron Zinc-Tin alloy coated.The rate isinclusive ofscaffolding, all fixtures required for fixing the side roof, cladding on all sides, ridges etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |

| 15 | Pressure Grouting:- • The leakage places shall be identified by filling water in terrace by ponding method and marked.• Holes shall be drilled along the joints or cracks or leakage below the ceiling.• G.I/suitable nipple shall be fixed into the drill holes and tightened and fixed using CERA PLUGor approved equivalent and cured for a day.• The spacing between the nipple 1m c/c or as required at site along the construction joints and cracks. For honeycombs the packers shall be fixed locally.• After fixing the nipples, Pressure grouting using cement slurry admixed with expanding grouting additive CERA EXPAN 250 or approved equivalent @ dosage of 225 gms / bag of cement.• The treated area shall be observed for a day.• The process shall be repeated if the leakage points shift to other Locations.The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of 48 hours for curing and for final test.“All above operations to be done in order and the rate inclusive of all required materials, staging, labour, tools and tackles etc, all complete and as directed and specified by the Engineer-in-Charge : |
| 16 | PU INJECTION GROUTING1. Holes of 10mm dia shall be drilled on the leakage/damp spot in theCeiling of the R.C slab using a portable Electric drill and a non-return ball valve packer shall be fixed in the holes.2. Supplying and injecting PU based foam injection grout MEYCO MP355 1K or approved equivalent brand– through the above fixed packers using a High-pressure one componentResin Injection pump until point of refusal. In case dripping of resin isobserved through the packer hole, then the same shall be temporarilyplugged with Masterseal 505 – Instant plugging compound. Note: Whilst werecommend the simultaneous injection of Acrylate Resin Masterflex 810 tostabilize the leak zone, this additional process would involve the fixing of anadditional packer alongside the one fixed as in (1) above and the Acrylateresin Masterflex 810 shall be grouted with the same pump but after 24hours of injecting Meyco MP355 1K.\" |
| 17 | Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations:(a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 over the RCC slab including adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment.(b) Providing and laying in position of Non-structural Light weight concrete - Xlite of M/s.Nuvoco brand or approved equivalent with 1200 kg/cum (Dry density) using Expanded Polystyrene beeds (EPS) in terrace over lay complete at all levels as per the direction of Engineer- in -charge. (minimum cementitious content 350 kg/ cum including fly ash).(c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge.(d) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep.(e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test.“All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer-in-Charge.f) With average thickness of 100mm and minimum thickness at khurra as 65mm and allasper specification and as directed by theEngineer in charge. |
