1Complete overhauling of C. W. Pump by carrying out the following work as detailed in scope of work. Including following works.(a)Decoupling of motor, dismantling of coupling of the pump. (b) Dismantling of Thrust bearing and pump, after dismantling of cooling pipes. (c) Cleaning, checking & revisioning /changing of worn out parts/components. (d) Assembling of the pump. (e) Alignment of the pump with motor after clearance from motor side.(f) Coupling of motor after proper alignment. (g) Commissioning of pump set
2Epoxy painting on inside/outside surface of C.W. Pump elements with all associated pipe line/valve etc. including supply of epoxy paint as per technical specification details.
3Overhauling/Replacement of screen gate of C.W.Pump With new/healthy ones after epoxy painting.
4Fabrication/Repairing of old screen gate size:1.90mtr.x4.4mtr.
5Overhauling of Air release vents/valves installed on C.W.Duct of Unit 4
6Plugging/Clamping of Air vent pipe to minimize water leakage
7Changing of packing of manholes of C,W.Ducts
