| 1 | Collection of sea water samples in a single day at two levels (at surface level and near to sea bed depth (-) 13.00 m ) and collection of sediment at sea bed at four locations in all viz., Approach channel in front of berth 3 and Berth 4infront of Berth 5 and Berth 6 and in front of coal jetty-I and oil jetty on a monthly basis and testing, evaluating the constituent levels of physic chemical and biological parameters according to the relevant Indian Standards and as prescribed by Ministry of Environment and Forest as per general condition enclosed and submission of monthly report in the abstract form and annual report in consolidated form in statistical format as per general conditions etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.. A survey boat will be provided by Port at free of cost for collection of samples. |
| 2 | Collection of air samples and monitoring of Ambient Air Quality (AAQ) at selected eleven locations in harbour and colony area on monthly basis at regular interval to measure concentration in Ambient Air by using the methods of measurement prescribed in the MoEF Notification dated 16th November, 2009 of (1)Sulphur Di-oxide (SO2) (2)Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2), (3) Particulate matter (Size less than 10 µg) or PM 10 µg/m3 (4) Particulate matter (Size less than 2.5 µg/m3) or PM2.5 µg/m3 (5) Ozone (O3) µg/m3 (6) lead (pb) µg/m3 (7) Carbon monoxide as CO ug/m3 (8) Ammonia NH3 µg/m3 (9) Benzene (C6H6) µg/m3 (10) Pyrene (BaP)-Particulate phase only µg/m3 (11) Arsenic (AS) µg/m3 (12) Nickel (ni) µg/m3 (13) Carbon Di-oxide (CO2) (14) Hydrogen Sulphide µg/m3 (15) Heavymetal (Cd) and (16) Arsenic as H2S and submission of monthly report in the abstract form and annual report in consolidated form in statistical format as per general conditions etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers. (1)Oyster water tank (ii) Beach water tank (iii) any one building situated at world trade Avenue, identified by the Port at the time of sampling (iv)any one residential/non-residential building identified by the port at the time of sampling(v)any one location inside green gate building identified by the port at the time of sampling (vi) any one location inside red gate building identified by the port at the time of sampling(vii) water tank at administrative office/water tank at school building on a monthly basis and testing, evaluating he constituents levels of physic chemical and biological parameters according to the relevant Indian Standards and as prescribed by Ministry of Environment and Forest as per general condition enclosed and submission of monthly report in the abstract form and annual report in consolidated form in statistical format as per general conditions etc., complete and as directed by the departmentalofficers. |
| 5 | Collection of water samples from Piezometer borewell in a single day (4 locations of bore well) on a monthly basis for testing, evaluating the constituent level of physio chemical and biological parameters according to the relevant Central Pollution Control Boards and submission of report etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers. |
| 6 | Monitoring of noise pollution at selected 7 location- day & night (As directed by officer in charge) on 15 days once at regular interval to measure noise level as prescribed by Central Pollution Control Boards and submission of report etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers. |
| 7 | Supplying Two Nos of Environmental Engineer with Post graduate degree in Engineering in Environmental having minimum 65% marks from a recognized University and Eight years experience in Environment field with minimum of 4 years experience in Environment, pollution control and preventive measures in Port sector. And having knowledge and experience in obtaining statutory clearance from statutory authority for Port operation & projects, knowledge in STP, Desalination, Providing PRF, knowledge in Environmental rules applicable to Port operation and engagement on monthly payment basis, With escalation of minimum Rs.2500/- for every financial year. |
| 8 | Transportation charges for equipments & Labours required to carry out Environmental Monitoring works in and around Harbour Estate etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers. |
