There are 22 Nos of rainy wells connected with the network of catch basin & de-silting chambers. Water received through storm drain as well as surface run off. Dia& effective depth of well is 5m. Bottom of well having three layers of boulder /sand and the perforated pipe is 1m above the formed level. Top layer has to be cleaned from soil, debris etc. and compressor of suitable capacity has to be applied to clear the perforated pipe from the surrounding sub soil layers. Repairing/cleaning of catch basin, de silting chamber etc. has to bedone . Foot rests, connecting pipe etc. has to be repaired where ever required . Level of catch basin matched with the landscape to ensure maximum surface runoff.Contractor will ensure smooth functioning of the system up to satisfaction of Engineer in charge.
