    Notice Inviting Tender For Procurement Of Or Grade Conveyor Belt For Suphala Plant , Supply Of Conveyor Belt As Per Following Specification , Supply Of Conveyor Belt Of Following Specification – Size - 600 Mm Wide, Belt Strength In Kn/M, / No Of Plies: 400/3, Carcass: Nylon / Nylon, Thickness Of Top & Bottom Cover: 4 Mm And 2 Mm Respectively, Cover Grade: Oil Resistant (Or), Belt Ends:Cut Edges And Open End. Confirm To Is 1891 (Part I And Iii) Latest, However The Change In Volume Should Be 40% Maximum In Volume Swelling Test, Which Is To Be Done In Peroleum Oil. Conveyor Belt Should Be Suitable To Service Conditions As Below – 1. Conveying Hygroscopic Phosphetic Fertilizer Grades Npk 20:20:0 And Npk 15:15:15 Having Temprature 40 - 60 Degree Centigrade, Granual Size - 1 Mm To 4 Mm, Which Mainly Contains Ammonium Nitrate, Mono Calcium Phosphate, Granuals Are Oil Coated Containing 85% Furnace Oil. 2. Trough Angle- 25 Degree, 3. Minimum Pulley Diatemeter - 305 Mm. Note – 1. Identification Mark Shall Be Embossed On Entire Length Of Conveyor Belt On Regular Intervals. 2. Inspection Agency – Third Party Such As M/S Lloyds /Irs /Tuv / Pdil/Bv/Ntpc/ Irclass Only. 3. Vendor Shall Furnish The Data Sheet In Technical Bid With Respect To Rcf Specifications And Also Provide The Product Catlogue. 4. Vendor Shall Submit Relevant Test Certificates As Per Is Standard Alongwith Supply. , Third Party Inspection Charges For Item No.1.01, M/S. Lloyds/ Irs / Tuv / Pdil/ Bv/ Ntpc /Irclass Only.
