Name of Work: NAME OF WORK: TERM CONTRACT FOR ARTIFICER WORKS FOR UPGRADATION OF OTM ACCN AT BAISAKHI STN OF AGE B/R-II SUB DIV UNDER GE 859 EWS


1	Toexecute the work as per condition 4 (A) of IAFW-2249 and as specified in MES SSR-2009 (part-I) specifications priced at par SSR-2020 (Part-II) rates subject to quoted percentage by the tenderer the work shall be carried out as per work order (s) placed by Engr-in-Charge during the period of one year from the date of acceptance of tender.Note:- (a) The estimated/Quoted amount shall not be givencongnigence for acceptance.The quoted percentage shallbe consider for acceptance in terms of contract condition. However, the estimated amount are mentioned as per NIT. (b)Contractor to quote percentage only in the space provided here-in-after. On / Off the SSR. Works shall be orderedas and when necessary arises. Work shall be measured against items listed in SSR, priced at rates given in SSR, and adjusted by the percentage quoted by the contractor.
