I/We hereby agree to render consultancy services as defined in the agreement form and also agree to abide by all terms and conditions set forth in the said form. My/our fee for above mentioned architectural cum design consultancy services will be percentage hereby quoted of the estimated cost o Rs 2,51,76,018/- which is as per estimated cost worked out by the corporation or as per the actual cost of project. This offer is valid for a period of 45 days initially from the date of opening of the tenders by the corporation and with a provision that it shall be further extendable for a period of 45 days
