| 10 | 4. Unit Price quoted above for Supplyon FOB / FCA port of shipment basis shall be inclusiveof packing, forwarding, stowaway charges, all taxes, duties & leviesof any kind and inlandtransit insurance upto FOB port of exit delivery of the cargo to CPCL nominatedfreight forwarder. |

| 12 | i)Freight charges of 6% (for Europe/Japan/Asia) and 9% (for other countries) on FOB / FCA. |
| 13 | ii) Marine Insurance charges @ 1% on FOB and Freight. |
| 14 | iii) Landing Charges @ 0% |
| 15 | iv) CustomsDuty@10%+10%(Social Welfare Surcharge on basic customs duty) & IGST as applicable |
| 16 | v) Port Handling Charges@ 2% of CIF value (FOB value+ Freight+ Insurance) |
| 17 | vi)Inland Freightcharges@ 1% of LandedCost (CIF value + port handling charges) |
| 18 | vii) Letter of Credit Charges @ 1% of FOB price |
| 19 | 6.Bidder shall ensure that the Port of shipment is an International Port of Exit. |
| 20 | 7. Ifanyoftheaboveitems/elementsare notquoted/ left blank/indicated as\"extra\"/ indicated as \"to CPCL account\", then the same shall be treatedas free of cost / inclusive and evaluation done accordingly. |
| 21 | 8. Incase of any discrepanciesbetween the price quoted in Price Schedule and elsewhereinBidder\"sOffer,the pricequotedin Price Schedule only shall be considered for evaluation. |
| 22 | 9. All items / elements in the above price schedule will be considered for evaluation in too and order will be place don over all L1 basis on one vendor. |
| 23 | 10. Comparison of prices shall be made on Indian rupees only.CPCL will convert the bidders quoted pirce ( wich are selling) as published by the The State Bank of India ( SBI ) on the date of price bid opening.In the case the date of opening of price bid is on saturday, public holidy and on sunday, the TT selling rate published by SBI on the previous working day shall be considered. |
| 24 | 11. The payment for site works shall be made after deducrting the applicable Indian Income Tax and other applicable taxes. |
| 25 | 12. If any of the items / elements ( of the price schedule) indicated by ther bidder as \" not quoted / left blank/CPCL A/cextra\", then the same shall be treated as free of cost / inclusive and evaluation done accordinly. |
| 26 | 13. Conditions / items/elements, ( if any) not indicated in the \" Unpriced copy\" of the rice schedule but ndicated ain the \"Priced offer\" by the bidder, then the bidder\"s offer shall be summarily rejected. |
| 27 | 14.The bid shall be valid for a minimum period of 4 months from the final bid due date.In the event of delay in finalizing the tender, the validity of the bid shall be extended by the bidder without any change in price, deviation to the terms & conditions, as otherwise, their offer shall be liable for rejection. However bidders are allowed to withdraw their bid if they are unable to extend validity period as required by CPCL. |
