| 1 | Loading/unloading operation on berthing of tanker:The job includes transportation of hoses , connection/disconnection of hoses/arms, lining up and operation of valves for loading /unloading operations for all tankers during the month with one/two/three/four string operation as required and as advised by IOCL. | 2 | - Handling , transportation , shifting ofhoses of appropriate size , reducers , gaskets , other fittings, tools and tackles from storage points inside Dock area to Haldia Oil jetty -1 /HOJ-2/HOB-3/any other berth or jetty as and when required for connection between jetty header and tanker manifold. In case hoses are to be shiftedfrom one jetty/berth to other the same is to be also arranged by the contractor at no extra cost to the comapny.- Ensure presence of personnel at jettyduring berthing of tanker for liasoning with Pilot-on board/ dock master at jetty so that vessel deck manifold is correctly positioned with reference to shore manifold. The job also includes operation of telescopic gangway available in jetty platform of HOJ-2 for ensuring safe access to vessels berthed at HOJ-2.- Opening and closing of valves as per instruction of officer in charge for bleeding of jetty lines from shore tanks, before operation through dock lines.- Connection of tanker hoses to the tanker manifold or connection of the marine loading arm to the tanker manifold:Opening of blinds, connection of hoses between the loading/unloadingmanifold atjettyand the tanker manifold or connection of marine loading arms to the tanker manifold as applicable. All nuts to be tightened and proper bonding between flanges to be ensured for safe operation.The job includes supporting the tanker hoses by belt slings during the tanker loading/unloading & adjusting the tension of the belt slings as and when required with change in tide . The jobincludes connection of one/two/three or any number of strings as instructed by officer in charge. Nut-bolts, gaskets, etc. to be provided by IOCL. Tools such as Non-sparking spanners, wrench , pipe-wrench, hammers, FLP torces shall be in Contractor\"s scope of supply. |
| 3 | - Operation of DBB / Gate valves/ any other valve within the jetty/berth or catchpit area adjacent to all jetty/berth as required/ as per instruction of officer in charge for lining up before commencement of loading and unloading.- Ensuring continous presence of manpowerthrough out the operation for any interim connection/disconnection of hoses for change over of tanker manifold/ jetty header or operation of valves in the jetty/catchpit near jetty for change of grade/product or straightening /replacement of hoses/arms or respond to any other emergent situation as required.- Disconnection of hoses/loading arms after completion of discharge, drainage of hose/loading arm contents by bleeding into tanker tanks or collection into SLOP tanks/barrels (hoses to be flushed after draining out contents if used for white oil to removal of potential vapours),disconnections of reducers, transportation back of flexible hoses & reducersto storage points, blanking of both ends of hoses and stacking in proper place in proper fashion as per direction of officer in- charge. - For Recovery of slop obtaining clearence for supplyof power from HDC/KoPT, lining up of slop recovery to crude lines/FO line from the slop tank , recovery of slop by operating electrical/hand operated slop pump as available. |

| 8 | PLT from Haldia Terminal-A to Haldia TerminalB, HPC, BPC / HPL: The job includes operating of DBBV(to be operated manually if power not available),hammer blind/any other valves at IOC, HPC , BPC catchpit or within the refinery asrequired and as instructed by officer in charge to ensure correct lining up for PLT from Haldia Terminal-Aor from IOCL(Haldia Refinery) to Haldia terminal-B or other OMC\"s likeHPCL, BPCL,HPL.The job also involves continous monitoring of Pipelines, DBBV/Hammer Blind and other valves during the PLT operation. In case of anyemergent situation tanker shift incharge to be immediately informed and valves to be closed as per instruction of officer in charge.All DBBV/hammer blind/gate valves or other valves related to the particular operation to be closed after completion of operation as per directions of officer incharge.Payment is inclusive of opening, closing of all valves, monitoring and any intermittent action as required during PLT. |

| 15 | Upkeep of hoses: All the hoses for jetty use to be numbered if number gets faded every six months and as and when directed.All hoses for tanker operation to be hydrotested as per IOCL specification and report with signature to be submitted.NOTE: For this job montthly schedule to be maintained so that all hoses are covered within 6 months . Record to be put up to IOCL. The job also includes transportation of hoses from Mktg. terminal to Jetty or vice-versa as and when required for periodic replacement, hydrotesting, electrical continuity testing, etc. |

| 18 | Ensure upkeep of valves at oiljetty & barge jetty and catchpit adjacent to jetty by lubricating threaded portion of spindles of valves to ensure smooth operation of valves. Grease to be applied using grease gun only(all materials to be supplied by IOCL).All the valves in /HOJ-1/HOJ-2/HOB-3 and in catchpits adjacent to each jetty to be covered in one month.In case of any leakage through gland packing ; eye bolt nuts on both sides to be equally tightened to prevent leakage.In case leakage persists gland packing to be changed.For this job MONTHLY SCHEDULE for the job to be maintained along with record to be put up to IOCL.Consummables such packing, grease, lube oil shall be provided by IOCL. Contractor to provide suitable tools. |
| 19 | Daily sweeping and cleaning of the jetty platform ore berth, barje jetty platform , catchpit areas near HOJ-1 / HOJ-2 &valve manifold areas. In case of any leakage/ spillage the area to be immediately caurdoned and cleaned as per instruction of officer in charge.All cleaning materials to be provided by the contractor. |
