| 4 | Covering the insulation work on vessels, equipments and pipelines etc. with Aluminium sheet including providing groove joints wherever necessary with machine and fixing the sheets with self tapping screws etc. complete as per instructions. ( Aluminium sheets and screws will be provided by the Company free of cost) |
| 5 | Stripping and removing the existing aluminium sheet covering and cold / hot insulation work of different thickness fromvessels, equipments, pipelines etc.and disposing the Aluminium Sheetsat scrap yard / MCD and transporting thedismantledinsulation materials to low lying areas pointed outin the companyup to 3KMas perinstructions. |
| 6 | Repairing the existing aluminium sheet covering by rescrewing with fresh self tapping screws including arranging the blankets in position, if required. (Materialswill be provided by the Company free of cost). |
| 7 | Providing and covering pipelines with aluminium foils of 0.1mm thik,binding tightly with binding wire ( Supply of Aluminium foils and binding wire are under the contractors scope.) |
| 8 | Supplying all materials and providing cold insulation to vessels, equipments, pipes with expanded polystyrene of high density (16 to 18 kg/m3) quality to a thickness of 50mm including providing one coat of bituminous anti corrosive paint after cleaning the surface thoroughly, applying blown grade (85/25) hot bitumen as adhesive, fixing of hessain cloth as vapour barrier, applying a coat of bituminous primer (Shalicoat or equivalent) over the hessain cloth etc complete. |
