| 2 | Note for Srl Item No. 1.00 :- Rate are inclusive of taking out, shifting, layout, preservation and painting of major/minor parts or components of all types of bridging equiptments and other items. Taking out all the parts or components of bailey bridge carefully without damaging other structure from the site and sorted out material shall be laid properly, separately at proper distance between the items on the hard surface at proper distance not exceeding 50 metre from the existing stack also and then scrapping & cleaning its all rusted and old painted surfaces with wire brush, emery paper etc. After completion of painting work all the bailey bridge parts or components shall be restacked properly on the existing PCC block/ foundations/ stack/ store shed from where they were removed for carrying out the above work complete all as specified and as directed. |

Greasing / Oiling, maint & preservation of Panel Pins, Nut & Bolts, Clamps and other minor parts/components of Normal Bailey Bridge, Extra Wide Bailey Bridge (Wooden/Steel Decking) held at 585 Engr Sub Park. Necessarymultipurpose and CRP Oil on the items complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge/OIC of 585 Engr Sub Park.(Sl No-2.10 deem to be part of this item) |
| 4 | Note for Srl Item No. 2.00 :- Rates are inclusive of taking out, shifting, layout, maint/preservation and Greasing/oiling of minor parts / components of all type of bridging eqpts like as Panel Pins, Clamp Transom as enemurated below. Taking out the items from the existing stacking of store shed, shifting the items carefully without damaging the other structure from the respective site or stack/store shed of 585 Engr Sub Park, lay out them seperately on the hard surface at proper distance between the items.Distance of work area will not be exceeding 50 meters from the existing stack and then scratching & cleaning its all rusted and old oiled/greasing surface area with wire brush/emery paper, dusting cloth etc. After cleaning of of old oiled/greasing surface area, new superior quality of grease multipurpose and CRP oil etc will be appied properly on the items as incorporated in the job. After completion of oiling/greasing works, all the items/ components will be restacked properly on the existing PCC Block / foundation / stack / store shed from where the items were removed for carrying out the above work all as specified and as directed. |

Necessary work will be carried out at the site of 585 Engr Sub Park loc where the stores are stacked/kept complete all as specified and as directed.(Sl No-3.10 deem to be part of this item) |
| 6 | Note for Srl Item No. 3.00 :- Rates are inclusive of taking out, shifting, layout, maint/preservation and Greasing of the of Main Cable on reel (Steel Wire Rope). Taking out/shifting the said item carefully without damaging the other structure from the respective site or stack/store shed of 585 Engr Sub Park, lay out them seperately on the hard surface at proper distance between the items.Distance of work area will not be exceeding 50 meters from the existing stack and then scrapping & cleaning its all rusted and old oiled surface area with wire brush, emery paper, cotton waste/dusting cloth etc. After preparation of old oiled/greasing surface areas, greasing work will be carried out applying by superior quality of Grease mutipurpose etc. properly. After completion of greasing work, Main Cable on reel (Sleet Wire Rope) will be rolled/wrapped again tightening closely into the wooden drum/ spool properly as per previous condition/shape andthe same will be restacked properly on the existing PCC Block / foundation / stack / store shed from where the items were removed for carrying out the above work all as specified and directed. |

Necessary work will be carried out at the site of 585 Engr Sub Park loc where the stores are stacked/kept complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge/OIC of 585 Engr Sub Park. NOTE: Creosote Oil will be issued under Schedule \"B\" free for fixing. (Sl No-4.10 deem to be part of this item) |
| 8 | Note for Srl Item No. 4.00 :- Rates are inclusive of taking out, shifting, layout, maint/preservation and dipping of the wooden items. Taking out/shifting the said wooden items of Normal Bailey Bridge, Extra Wide Bailey Bridge and Erection Gear Set carefully without damaging the other structure from the respective site or stack/store shed of 585 Engr Sub Park, lay out them seperately on the hard surface at proper distance between the items.Distance of work area will not be exceeding 50 meters from the existing stack and then removing the fungus and other termites from the wooden items by using suitable emery paper, cotton waste and wire brush.After cleaning the wooden items, it shall be dipped in the preservation tray/pit for minimum 60 minutes with creosote oil for better soaking of oil as per the preservation method. Restacking all the wooden items at proper place/dunnage after complete drying effect all under the supervision of Engr-in-Charge/ SKT as per the direction of OIC 585 ESP. All labour charge and material should be provided by the contractor and creosoteoil will be provided by the department free of cost under Sch \"B\". |
