7M&L for defect rectification LT 1100V cable laid in trenches by locating fault with the help of electronic fault locating machine comprising of surge generator pulse,cable route tracer, ECHO fault locator with high frequency distance calculator etc.including and additionalexcavation in normal alluvial strata required forexposing the cable fault removal of deteriorated portion of cable treating of cable and keeping the same ready for jointing work for cable of size up to 400 Sqmm. The fault locating equipments will be brought to site within 24 hours of instruction from Engineer-in-Charge.Note:- Supply and fixing of cable joint shall be measured and paid saperately under respective item of schedule.

40M&L for Cleaning & preparation of surface of the LT steel tubular poles with emmery paper filling of uneven surface with suitable filler and painting with two coat of aluminium paint including cross arms, brackets, hooks, junction box, stay clamps over a coat of red oxide primer and making blue & white strip 30cm wide strip (5 Nos) upto 1.5 m from PCC coping, above 1.5 m height in and including marking and numbering of poles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.
41M&L for Cleaning & preparation of surface of the LT PCC polesand painting with two coat of aluminium paint tocross arms, brackets, hooks, junction box, stay clamps, with two coats of exterior cement base paint to pole and making blue & white strip 30cm wide strip (5 Nos) upto 1.5 m from PCC coping in and including marking and numbering of poles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.
42Labour only for prunning of tree branches from the site touching/embracing LT overhead lines in order to maintain a clearence of 2 mtr on either side of the conductors incl removing the tree branches from site to out side Air force stn complete alll as directed.

(including mentioned in Note here in below) Notes :-(i) Replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ as supply only but fixing charges of the parts replaced/repaired is deemed to be included in these item.(ii) Oil shall be drained out and collected in contractors own containers and reuse after heating and filtration throughfiltration plant to achieve thesuitable dielectric strength/insulation value.Refilling, heating and filterationshall be included in the rate quoted by the contractor for above items.
