Deep drilling of bore hole 125 mm dia. upto 93 mtrs below ground level or above as per the strata encountered including installation, testing and commissioning of M-II Hand Pump as per IS specifications by using ODEX method. The job includes extraction of MS Casing Pipe if any required during the drilling work and construction of platform as per site conditions.

Providing of 125 mm dia. M.S. Casing Pipe. The 125mm dia. M.S. Casing Pipe ISI marked should have thickness of 5.4mm conforming to as per IS 4270 / 2001 medium class (Part-I) 2004 (Heavy C – Class) electric resistance welded beveled ended inside beed free pipes. All pipes from inside and outside to be provided with two coats of anti-corrosive paint of superior/approved quality. There should be no circumferential weld. The pipe from inside should be beed free having smooth finish. Each pipe shall have subjected to hydraulic pressure test at the manufacturer works in accordance with IS 4270/2001 with latest amendments. All the physical and chemical properties of pipe including tensile strength should be in accordance with IS 4270/2001 with latest amendments.

Providing of M-II Hand Pump Extra Deep. Mark-II Hand Pump should be ISI Marked, complete set conforming to IS: 15500: Part 2: 2004 (with latest revisions) consisting of 16 Nos. connecting rods electro galvanized (12mm dia. 3 M long) and 16 nos., 3 M long 32 mm dia. G.I. Pipes (B-Class) one end fitted with G.I. Socket made of seamless pipe or solid bar and other end with threaded protector as riser pipes along with Cylinder Assemblies. The job includes the cost of material as well as labour charges. Complete Job.

Providing of Mark-II Hand Pump should be ISI Marked Deep Well (Plain) Hand Pumps Mark-II conforming to relevant IS Code with upto date amendments complete with accessories and along with 8 Nos, 3 mtr long Riser Pipe of 32mm nominal bore, hot dip galvanized, screwed and socketed, fitted with socket made of seamless tube or machined from solid bar. Sockets fitted at one end thread protector at the other end and with 8 Nos of connecting rods made of bright bar electro galvanized, fitted with coupler and fitted with stand assembly. Complete Job.

Providing of Riser Pipe 32 mm extra.Additional length of Riser Pipe of 03 M each which shall be hot dip galvanized screwed and socketed pipe confirming to IS: 1239 (Part 1) medium class. Pipe ends shall have smooth finish and shall be free of burrs or sharp machining chip. Internal surface of pipes shall not have any lump of zinc. One end of pipe shall be fitted with hot dipped galvanized socket and other end with thread protector.

Providing of connecting rod extra Additional length of connecting rods of 12mm dia. x 3 M long with hex coupler made of bright bar, electro- galvanized conforming to relevant IS Code.
