Name of Work: Re-roofing and Renovation of 04 Nos Type-II quarters at Rampur under Medical Section, SD-I, CD-I, Rangat.

4Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.
5Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete :

8Providing and fixing plain multipurpose cement board(Hight pressure steam cured) with suitable screws for cement particle board in ceiling etc. complete (frame work to be paid seperatately).

10Providing and fixing powder coated aluminium work (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) consisting of tee/ angle sections, of approved make conforming to IS : 733 in frames of false ceiling including aluminium angle cleats with necessary C.P. brass/ stainless steel sunk screws, aluminium perimeter angles fixed to wall with stainless steel rawl plugs @ 450 mm centre to centre and fixing the frame work to G.I. level adjusting hangers 6 mm dia. with necessary cadmium plated machine screws all complete as per approved architectural drawings and direction of the Engineer-in-charge (level adjusting hangers, ceiling cleats and expansion hold fasteners to be paid for separately).
11Providing and fixing 6 mm dia. G.I. level adjusting hangers (upto 1200mm length), fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40x3mm size 60 mm long and stainless steel expandable dash fastener of 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
12Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead :

14Providing and fixing T-iron frames for doors, windows and ventilators of mild steel Tee-sections, joints mitred and welded, including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.
15Fixing with 15x3 mm lugs 10 cm long embedded in cement concrete block 15x10x10 cm of C.C. 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).
16Providing and fixing factory made P.V.C. door frame of size 50x47 mm with awall thickness of 5 mm, made out of extruded 5mm rigid PVC foam sheet, mitred at corners and joined with 2 Nos of 150 mm long brackets of 15x15 mm M.S. square tube, the vertical door frame profiles to be reinforced with 19x19 mm M.S. square tube of 19 gauge, EPDM rubber gasket weather seal to be provided through out the frame. The door frame to be fixed to the wall using M.S. screws of 65/100 mm size, complete as per manufacturer’s specification and direction of Engineer- in-Charge.
17Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters:

19Providing and fixing factory made panel PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size of 19 mm x 19 mm for styles and 15x15 mm for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall have a coat of steel primers of approved make and manufacture. M.S. frame covered with 5 mm thick heat moulded PVC \"C\" channel of size 30 mm thickness, 70 mm width out of which 50 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree angle on both side forming styles and 5 mm thick, 95 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree on the inner side to form top and bottom rail and 115 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered on both sides to form lock rail. Top, bottom and lock rails shall be provided both side of the panel. 10 mm (5 mm x 2 ) thick, 20 mm wide cross PVC sheet be provided as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, paneling of 5 mm thick both side PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/ sealed to the styles & rails with 7 mm (5 mm+2 mm) thick x 15 mm wide PVC sheet beading on inner side, and joined together with solvent cement adhesive. An additional 5 mm thick PVC strip of 20 mm width is to be stuck on the interior side of the \"C\" Channel using PVC solvent adhesive etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, manufacturer\"s specification & drawing.

23Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour sliding glazed window upto 1.50 m in height dimension comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame with in-built roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thickgalvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile),appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVCextrudedinterlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware\"s and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rodof required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(Single / double glass panes, wire mesh and silicon sealent shall be paid separately). Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made.
24Two track two panels sliding window made of (small series) frame 52 x 44 mm &sash 32 x 60 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of window upto 1.75 sqm)

60Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete.
61Distempering with 1st quality acrylicdistemper (ready made) having VOC content less than 50 gm per ltr. of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour complete. as per manufacturer\"s specification.

65Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying: (a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. (b) laying second layer of Fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. (c) third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg/sqm and coarse sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm. This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The entire treatment will be taken upto 30 cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around. (d) fourth and final layer of brick tiling with cement mortar (which will be paid for separately. For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured.
66Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : (a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/ sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. The rate includes preparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipes and masonry with polymer mixed slurry.

It shall be deemed that the contractor has made himself well aware and ascertained the condition of these items, whether he inspects them or not. No claim whatsoever on this account shall be admissible by the Government.3) The items as indicated in this schedule shall be the property of the contractor and shall not be used in new work. The total amount of credit shall be deducted from total of schedule to arrive at contract sum.4) Amount of credit shall be recovered from the contractors RARs and then only retrieved material under this schedule will be allowed to be removed from site/store by the contractor. Serviceable material/items other than shown here-in-below obtained from demolition/taking down if any, shall remain the property of the Government and the contractor shall deposit the same with the Engineer-in-charge as directed and debris/unserviceable material shall be disposed off the site as per his direction without any extra cost of the Government.5) The Accepting Officer shall reserve the right to retain any or the full quantity of demolished/dismantled materials which in his opinion is serviceable. However, the recovery shall be affected only for the quantities issued to the contractor under this schedule.6) The rate quoted is firm and the contractor shall have no claim whatsoever the case may be, if the actual value of dismantled materials turns out to be different.
