(a) Meanee Lines S/s, CICE S/s, CIW S/s, MI Room & Dental S/s with one Electrician skilled (with ITI relevent trade) per shift (08 hrs) for 02 shifts per day. Per month per job 11 2 (b) TB-I S/s, Assaye Parade S/s, IWMT S/s, 400 men Chogaklingam Coy S/s with one Electrician skilled (with ITI relevent trade) per shift (08 hrs) for 01 shifts per day. Per month per job 11 3 Providing Work Services for 11KV/433 volts sub station consisting of transformers, DG sets and connected switch gears and related HT/LT switch gears, distribution systems, UG cables/devices fixed in the installations and maintenance of service cells etc on all days including Sundays and Holidays all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for area covered under the following installations. (a) Naval Offrs Md Accn (NTG/NLC) S/s with one Electrician skilled (with ITI relevent trade) per shift (08 hrs) for 02 shifts per day. Per month per job 11 4 Providing Work Services for main pump house consisting of centrifugal/Monoblock/Submersible pump sets, star delta/DOL starters, foot / NRV/sluice valves etc incl manual chlorination and DG Sets for the following installations on all days including Sundays and Holidays all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (a) Assaye Parade P/h, Depot Bn P/h, CICE P/h, Assaye Parade Addl Storage U/G sump P/h with one FGM skilled (with ITI relevent trade) per shift (08 hrs) for 03 shifts per day. Per month per job 11 5 (b) 400 men ORs accn P/h with one FGM skilled (with ITI relevent trade) per shift (08 hrs) for 02 shifts per day. Per month per job 11 6 (c) TB-I P/h & MEG & Centre P/h with one FGM skilled (with ITI relevent trade) per shift (08 hrs) for 01 shifts per day. Per month per job 11 8 Testing water sample and get Bacteriological and chemical analysis and other parameters test IS- 10500-2012 from Govt recogonised institute (NABL ACCREDITED LABORATORY) all as directed. Each 22 Notes for item no 1 yo 7 :- (i) The contractor shall supply 2 sets of uniform with name plate and one set of safety footwear which consists of safety shoes, socks to Each person. (ii) The Contractor shall provide Electric Tool Kit (For Each Electrician), Ladder, HT/ LT Megger, Torch, Rain Coat, Safety Belt, Earth Discharge Rod and HT Hand Gloves. (iii) The contractor shall responsible for cleaning of the Installations and surrounding area. (iv) At the time of Inspection /VIP visit, the Contractor should be present at Installation. (v) Maintenance of Earth Register are the responsibility of Contractor. (v) The Contractor shall provide pipe wrench, Spanner set, ladder, Die sets, torch, rain coat, chlorine mask, Chlorine test kit, First Aid kit, Sluice valve wheel for Each installation. (v) Maintenance of log book and Chlorine Register are the responsibility of Contractor
