Long St / Pcc Poles Excavation Of Foundation Pit In Size Of 75X45 Cm. Having Depth Of 1 / 6Th Of The Full Length Of The Support ( Pole ) . Erection Of Support ( Pole ) Complete Work By Fixing Of D.P. Clamps And All Other Accessories. The Work Includes Fabrication Work And Fixing Of Cross Bracing Sets, Cutting Holes Complete Work As Per Respo Norms. 6 Grouting Ofdouble Poles In Cc 1:4:6 ( Cement, Sand And 40 Mm. Brick Ballast ) Grouting Will Be Done In The Block Of Size 45Cm X 45Cm X 1 / 6Th Of Full Length Of The Support Upto Ground Level As Per Respo Norms. 7 Grouting Of Stay Rods ( 20X1800mm. ) Including All Works Of Excavation, Cement Concrete In Size Of ( 0.60X0.60X0.30 ) M In The Ratio Of 1:4:6 ( Cement, Sand And 40 Mm. Brick Ballast ) Including Back Filling Of Soil And Proper Ramming Etc. 8 Fixing, Tightening And Nozelling Of Stay Wire With Stay Rod And Stay Insulators With The Pole Of Required Tension By Providing Stay Clamps, Nuts, Bolts Etc. 9 Earthing Of Support With Ms Earth Rod Of ( 20X2500 ) Mm. Long Including Excavation Of Pit And Driving Ms Rod 3.0 M Apart From Support And 0.5M Below The Ground Level And Connecting Below The Earth Electrodes With The Help Of G.I. Wire No.6 Swg Tightening With Nuts And Bolts. 10 Digging & Making Of Trench For Laying Under Ground 11 Kv Xlpe Cable Double Circut The Cable Shall Be Duly Protected By Brick. On Both Side Of Cable By Laying Brick Vertically And Bricks Would Also Lay Horizontally On To Of Vertically Laid Bricks Along With Cement And Sand At Both Ends. As Per Respo Norms. 11 Laying, Sagging, Stringing And Binding Of 11 Kv Xlpe Cable ( 3 Sizex 300 Sqmm ) With All Other Accessories On Pole As Per Respo Norms. 12 Providing Pvc Pipe For Underground Cable & Inserting & Laying Of 11 Kv 3 X 300 Sq.Mm Xlpe Cable Through Pvc Pipe For Safety Of Cable In The Hole 13 Providing G.I. Pipe 6” Dia For Inserting 11 Kv Xlpe Cable For Safety Of Cable On Double Pole By Providing And Fixing Of Pg Clamp With Nuts And Bolts. 14 Filling And Fixing Of 11 Kv Jointing Kits As Per Respo Norms. 15 Dismentling & Removing Of Acsr Weasel Conductor From All Phases On Line, Making Bundle And Stacking At A Safe Place, Including Loading And Unloading At Both Ends
