7Supplyand fixing of factory made flush shutters 30 mm thick, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides, complete all as specified and as directed.
8Supply and fixing factory made PVC hollow door frame of size 50mm x 47mm with wall thickness of 5 mm made out of extended 5 mm rigid PVC foam sheet cut at corner and jointed with 02 Nos, 150 mm long brackets of size 15 mm x 15 mm mild steel square tubes 19 gauge including vertical door profiles reinforced with 19 mm x 19 mm steel square tube of 19 gauge (EPDM) rubber gasket weather seal provided through out the frame and fixed to wall with 65/100 mm long mild steel screws through the frame by using PVC fasteners (minimum of 04 Nos of screws to be provided for each vertical numbers & minimum 02 Nos for horizontal member) complete all as specified and directed.
9Supply andfixing of factory made solid PVC moulded door shutter, 28 to 30 mm thick (stiles) with 2, 4 or 6 raised panel design with 2 mm thick moulded PVC sheet on the front face & 2 mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face includingfixing in frame at site with 03 Nos SS hinges, 02 Nos aluminium tower bolt 150 mm, 02 Nos aluminium handle 150 mm for each shutter all as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.
10Supply and fixing of steel window box type using ERW hollow "P" section comprising double frame for and including gauged and glazed Skelton shutter 30mm thick,jointed internally with flat iron 25x3mm complete including hinges, handle, tower bolts, stops, lugs etc. all as shown on drawing No. TD-219(c) sheet 1/3 to 3/3 and TD-220(c) sheet 1/3 to 3/3 as applicable including PCC(C-O ,1:3:6 using 12.5 graded agg) bed blocks for hold fasts and one shop coat of red oxide primer etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) For the purpose of measurement & payment double shutter with frame shall be considered as one unit. (ii) A separate register to be maintained by contractor for cleaning and occupant signature with date to be obtained in it.

109Material and labour for 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:3) to ceiling surfaceand finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement with and including applyingthree coats of white wash on ceiling complete all specified and directed.
110Material andlabour for rough cast plaster with and including 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on brick wall or concrete surface as specified in clause 14.22 of SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed. Note:-(i) After applying the under coat of cement and sand mortar 1:3 not less than 10 mm thick and while it is still in plastic state the roughcast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate (which is generally of size between 6 to 12 mm depending on the texture required) mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio of 1: 1: 1 shall be applied and finished even. (ii) The mix of cement and sand shall be made slightly wetter than normal for rendering to ensure that larger aggregates are thoroughly covered
111Material andlabour for preparation of exposed brick wall surface by cleaning the surface wire brush to remove all dirt/loose materials from the bricks and from the joints between the bricks. Prepared surface should be then washed with diluted HCL acid (dilution ratio of 1:50) for three times in a day for two days. After acid wash surface should be allowed to be air dried for one day. NOTE : - Further treatment over the surface so achieved will be carried out only after approved of the same by GE.
112Material and labour for carrying out efflorescence treatment to unplastered wall surface comprising of the following specifications and sequence with and including 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement : - (a) Prime the prepared surface with one of the following product mixed with cement in 1:1 ratio as bonding agent : - (i) Pidicrete URP of M/S Pidilite. (ii) Sika Latex of M/S Sika. (iii) Nitobond SBR Latex of M/S FOSROC. (b) Immediately after priming the surface PMM (Polymer Modified Mortar) to be applied “BY HAND” while the prime is tacky. PMM should be prepared by mixing one of the following compounds in Cement Mortar 1:3 as per manufacturer’s instructions: -(i) Pidicrete URP of M/S Pidilite. (ii) Sika Latex of M/S Sika. (iii) Nitobond SBR Latex of M/S FOSROC. (c) PMM surface should be allowed to dry for one day. After that it should painted with two coats of one of the following compound mixed with cement only in ratio of 1 (selected compound) : 1:5 (Cement) : - (i) Pidicrete URP of M/S Pidilite. (ii) Sika Latex of M/S Sika. (iii) Nitobond SBR Latex of M/S FOSROC. (d) Now apply two coats of one of the following compound over the surface. These compounds are to be used as per manufacturer’s instructions: - (i) Pidifin 2K of M/S Pidilite. (ii) Brush Coat of M/S Sika. (iii) Brush Bond of M/S FOSROC. NOTE : - Both coats should be perpendicular to each other and gap between two coats shall be minimum 6 hours. (e) Sprinkle loose coarse sand after second coat while surface is tacky. NOTE: - (i) The item will be executed by authorized applicator only of the selected / approved company. Contractor shall submit details of authorised applicator for approval of GE before commencement of work in respect of above item. (ii) Every stage of work will be approved by GE, then only next layer will be executed by contractor.
