(ii) Application of oil bound distemper, exterior/interioremulsion paints, etc shall be carried out using roller brush of approved quality only. (iii) Mixing of oil bound distemper, exterior/interioremulsion paints, etc shall be carried out with mechanical mixture/strieer. (iv) Surface shall be allowed to dry completely before application of any paint. Wet or newly plastered surfaces with visible moisture shall not be painted till it is dry.
