5M&L for 40mm graded stone aggregate for spreading/ loose filling under 11 KV four pole, arround the transformer, substation and other places where directed. Note:- Contractor shall make regular heaps/ stacks for measurement of item before spreading/ filling.
6M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling, mass concreteetc complete all as specified & directed.
7Material and labour for providingPlain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for coping of poles including necessary form work and finish the surfaceeven and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.
8Dismantling ofconcretepoles/ struts, any size including stacking & removal from site complete all as directed.
9Dismantling of old unserviceable GI earth wire from HT over head lines including removal from site complete all as directed.
10Dismantling of old unserviceable ACSR conductors from HT over head lines including removal from site complete all as directed.
11Dismantling of existing old cross arms, bracings, supports etc of any section, FI clamps, nuts, bolts, insulators etc. from OH line and checking for re-use & removal of unserviceable cross arms, bracing, supports etc from site complete all as specified and directed.
12Dismantling of insulators any size/ type from poles including removal from site complete all as directed.
13Dismantling of unserviceable stay assembly carefully includingstay wire necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, demolition of PCC of any type and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.
14Dismantling of air breakgang operated switch vertical/ horizontal mounted incluidng insulators and operating mechanism for repair/ replacement of broken/ worn out components and insulators etc. and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.
15Supply and laying or fixing or passing in trenches/ on pole/ through pipes,11000volts (E) grade, XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 95 sqmm, 3 core conforming to IS 7098/ (PART-II) 1985 with latest amendments and testing on completion complete all as directed. Make:- Havells or Finolex or Gloster or Plaza or Universal as approved by GE. Note:- Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning and cable protection shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ.
16M&L for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm and testing on completion complete all as directed. Make:- M SEAL or RAYCHEM or DENSON or CAB SEAL as approved by GE.
17M&L for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm and testing on completion complete all as directed. Make:- M SEAL or RAYCHEM or DENSON or CAB SEAL as approved by GE.
18M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.0mm thick directly burried in the ground (earth pit not less than 2.25M deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.50M deep below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, 40mm bore GI pipe medium grade including necessary fittings for protection of earthing strip, watering pipe 20mm bore GI medium grade, concrete chamber in PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm grade aggregate, coping shall be in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm grade aggregate and internal surfaces of concrete chamber shall be given 12mm thick plaster in CM (1:4), funnel with wire gauge of 22 gauge (0.63 mm) 8 mesh per linear incl 50mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm grade stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm MS deformed bar @ 75 mm C/C both ways, char coal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) including all necessary excavation & earth work and removal of surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50M and providing connection points with MS/ GI bolts & washers as required and connection from earth test point to earth electrode with same GI earth strip alongwith protection pipe and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note:- GI strip and protection pipe from earth electrode to test point max upto 7.50M shall be deemed to be included in the unit rates as quoted by the contractor.
19Supply and fixing, in repair, new Air break switch, gang operated, triple pole,mechanically operated,out door type, with all fitting/ accessories,mounted on and including 11 KVporcelain insulator and steel channel frame,GI operating rod 25 mm dia of suitable length with operating mechanism worked from ground level, horizontally, operated as per site requirement including locking arrangement for operating handle complete,suitable for current rating upto200 Amps, 11 KV,complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.
20Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable covers, Class HV, Type1, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.
21M&L for GI Tubes 80 mm, lightgrade , galvanised ,fixed to wall/pole/ceiling or laid in floors or under road etc complete all as specified and as directed.
22M&L for GI Tubes 50 mm, light grade ,galvanised ,pipe fixed to wall/pole/ceiling or laid in floors or under road for protection of earth wireetc complete all as specified and as directed.
23M&L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/ pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required with 32x6mm galvanised iron strip complete all as specified and directed.
24Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of 12 kV SF6 Ring Main Unit, compact, out door type, 630 Amps,rated capacity 21 kA for 1 sec having 2 vacuum circuit breaker (VCB) insulated in SF6, one load break switch (LBS) insulated in SF6 and one Bus PT panel extensible to right side RMU/ Outdoor, motorised having metering panel and copper bus bar of suitable ampere ratings complete with and including the followings:- Make of RMU:- Schneider or ABB or L&T as approved by GE. Notes: (i) Brief description of this item is "12 kV, SF6 Ring Main Unit complete with 2 Vacuum Circuit Breaker + 1 LBS+ 1 Bus PT Panel (Right side extensible / OUTDOOR). FBX-RE/12-21/ M+CT2T2 /OUTDOOR - MOTORIZED". (ii) As per manufacturers design, cost of making of platform shall be deemed to be included in unit quoted rates. (iii)All necessary arrangements for performance testing of RMU shall be made by contractor without any extra cost to government.
25(A) HT COMPARTMENT: VACUUM CIRCUIT BREAKER - Each module (Vaccum circuit breaker) enclosed in SF6 -02 Nos. (a)The function unit shallconsist ofa three position switch. The three position switch shall fulfil the operation of the disconnector function and the earthing function.The circuit breaker unit T2 shall be equipped with an over current time release for the protection of distribution transformer. 30(E) The RUM shall also capable for the following :The RMU shall be gas insulated metal enclosed. The high grade steel gas tight tank shall inculde switch devices or circuit breaker, internal copper bus bar, bushings for cable connections, pressure relief device, copper earth bus bar.The drive cabinet shall contains a user friendly control panel with a mimic diagram,In this diagram the drive socket and position indicators for all switch devices are clearly arranged.there is an instrument compartment on top of the drive cabinet and it shall contain short circuit indicators for cable feeders, capacitive voltage detection system, standard Manometer.The auxiliary equipment like trip coils or aux contacts shall be wired to central termination blocks in each feeder .The switching devices shall have separate drive system, which are operated with non interchangable plug-in levers.A complete interrogator interlocking system reliably prevents control errors and ensures high operation convenience.The RMU shall compiled with stndarads IEC 62271-200, IEC 62271-200, IEC 62271-100, pressure of SF 6 gas shall be 1.3 bars at 20 deg C.
