In case of any dispute regarding the carpet area calculations, the decision of M.D. & CEO, MHDC shall be final and binding on contractor. Total BUA= 99058.28 (Residential) + 0.00 (Commercial)= 99058.28 Sqm Note: Minimum Builtup area and corresponding Carpet area has to be achieved as per tender drawing, specifications, documents & area statement (mentioned in Vol.I & Vol. II) only. |
