Engagement of Consultant to prepare preliminaryand final recommendation report (incorporating the review/comments of UKMRC) within 60 days from the date of commencement mentioned in the letter of acceptance (LOA) for selection of Best Suitable Rolling Stock of Metro Neo along with a suitable Guiding System/Technology.The detailed scope of work of consultant is defined in Part-II, Section-7 of tender documents. Note: (i) The Payment Schedule (according to deliverables) is given in the Section -5 (Special Conditions of Contract) of Bid Documents. (ii) The payment shall be released after achievement of targeted milestones/deliverables and as per the specified percentage as mentioned in SCC (Section-5 of Bid documents). Once a milestone is completed, the consultant shall submit the requisite deliverables. The Authority shall release the requisite payment upon acceptance of the deliverables.(iii) The amount/rate quoted in words shall be taken as final in case of any discrepancy.
