Work For Empanelment Of Multi-Specialty Hospital, Nasik 1) Hospital should have minimum 75 nos. of beds. 2) Hospital should be registered with Nashik Municipal Corporation. 3) Hospital should mention accreditation with NABH. (Hospital with NABH accreditation will be given additional weightage.) 4) Hospital should provide facility at CGHS Pune rates and AIIMS rates where CGHS code not available. 5) Hospital should provide discount on Medicines (on MRP). 6) All Billing is to be done in electronic format and medical records need to be submitted in digital format. In addition to this the physical record will also have to be submitted. 7) Hospital should have facilities like CT scan, MRI, 2D Echo and ultrasound. 8) Hospital should have laboratory facilities (Pathology, Biochemistry and Microbiology). 9) Hospital must have super specialty infrastructure and full time Specialists in Cardiology, Nephrology, Neurology, cardiothoracic surgery, Uro surgery and Neurosurgery. 10) Hospital should have Specialists of all broad specialities i.e. Medicine, General Surgery, Gynaecology & Obstetrics , Orthopedics and joint replacement surgery, ENT, Ophthalmology, Paediatric, Gastroenterology, Dentistry, Physiotherapy. Hospital with Paediatric surgery facility will be given additional weightage. 11) Must be equipped with Cath-lab, Haemodialysis unit and well equipped Operation Theater for performing cardiothoracic surgery, Neurosurgery and Urology. 12) Hospital should have in house facilities like ambulance (24 x7), pharmacy and canteen facilities. 13) For treatment w.r.t. Un-coded CGHS procedures, the charges of semi-private & private wards shall be on par with General ward rates. 14) Hospital should give preference to patients referred by HAL. 15) Hospital should be located at approachable location. 16) The Hospitals, which are already empaneled, are not required to apply. 17) HAL reserves the right to negotiate on percentage discount for un-coded CGHS procedures on General category tariff of the hospital, which is found suitable for empanelment.
