Dismantling of old damaged starter , removing of cable connection & shifting the same from site.

Fully Automatic push button operated Auto Transformer Starter housed in 2mm CRCA sheet, powder coated fixed type, front compartmentalized, totally enclosed free standing, and floor mounting type, dust and vermin proof duly wired up ready for installation at site. The Bus bar shall be of suitable current carrying capacity duly sleeved with heat shrinkable PVC sleeve in proper colour phase identification. The transformer will be of copper wound heavy duty in 50%,65%,80% tapping suitable for 25KW starting current . Other components will be as per standard and suitable for 225KW motor Make of panel /components : Advance /L&T/Protech

Installation fixing of Automatic A.T.S with all electrical and mechanical connection with proper thumbing tapping of cable and connection of cable with required civil work.

Loading unloading by heavy labour & Transportation charges.

Testing & commissioning of the Auto transformer starter with relevant IS. Testing of the ATS prior to switching on as follow :- i) Continuity and earth testing. ii) Meggaring of all equipments for phase to phase, neutral, to body, neutral to earth and phase to earth. iii) checking for all tightness of nut and bolts. iv) Alignments of doors etc. V) Interlocking tests. vi)All functional tests.
