| 1 | Providing advisory services towards active and passive Fire and Life safety requirements in buildings for upcoming and existing buildings under the jurisdiction control of Kolkata Health Circle, P.W.Dte. based on guidelines stipulated in National Building Codes 2016, BIS Standards for Fire and Life safety and related national and international standards. The scope of work involves following activities as an when required by authority . Study the building Plans prepared by office of the Chief Govt. Architect, Govt. of West Bengal and provide necessary guidence on Civil Plans to comply fire and life safety requirements as stipulated in NBC-2016. Attending various meetings (like SPSCB etc) as and when required by P.W.Dte. to discuss and provide required guidence to implement the fire safety systems for the project. To attend meetings with statutory bodies as and when required by the authorities to obtain various approvals of drawings and systems including providing technical assistance to obtain FSR. |
