Stripping off worn out plaster and raking out joints of walls, ceilings etc. upto any height and in any floor including removing of rubbish beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal / Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge. Taking out shutter of aluminium glass door / Windows, dismantling by parts (for repair or replacement of damaged parts), reassembling and refitting and rehanging same with old fittings but with new screws as necessary. Roof treatment by application of nontoxic polyurethane modified acrylic based single component (P U Roof Coat, make: Berger) solvent free, cold applied polyurethane modified elastomeric waterproofing membrane with excellent UV resistant capacity as per ASTM D6083 (a water based 100%acrylic elastomeric emulsion polymer latex coating used as protective coating for roofs) after preparing the surface by cleaning and repairing the roof cracks by cement & sand mortar (1:4), preferably with ant shrinkage mortar if any, apply two coats along with a Priming coat (two coats of P U Roof Coat and one coat of primer coat compatible with main product as per manufacturers specification), including the cost of primer coat and base preparation, tools & Plants but excluding the cost of scaffolding and staging complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge. Supplying, fitting and fixing of Wire Manager (Colour, texture, etc. will be approved by WBEIDCL.). 21. Supply, fitting & fixing of seat & back cover (clothes) for Multi task / Revolving / Executive chairs, using approved cloths. The rate is inclusive of removing the old clothes. 22. Supply, fitting & fixing of cabinet lock with keys. Approved Brand Godrej. 23 Supplying, fitting and fixing G.I. pipes of TATA make with all necessary accessories, specials viz. socket, bend, tee, union, cross, elbow, nipple, long screw, reducing socket, reducing tee, short piece etc. fitted with holder bats clamps, including cutting pipes, making threads, fitting, fixing etc. complete in all respect including cost of all necessary fittings as required, jointing materials and two coats of painting with approved paint in any position above ground. (Payment will be made on the centre line measurements of total pipe line including all specials.
