Quotations For Providing And Making Lab (Studio) With Acoustic And Miscellaneous Works Under E&Ict Academy At 4Th Floor Incubation Center, Nit Patna--1 False ceiling Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of specified material of size 595 x595 mm in metal grid of 2.5 mm thick fully, broad backed with non-woven tissue on the back side, having NRC (Noise reduction coefficient) of 0.7 to 0.8, with 50 mm resin bonded glass wool backing as per the approved drawing / site. (Anutone /Armstrong / Echoblock or equivalent block panel complete with providing 50 mm glass wool with density 32 kg per cubic meter.) 2 Wall panelling Providing and fixing panelling up to the ceiling height consists of required frame and required acoustical board inside the Lab (Studio), having NRC Value- 0.7 to 0.8 , with proper laminated finish (1mm thick) over 12 mm thick ply outside of lab as per the approved drawing / site. . (Anutone /Armstrong / Echoblock or equivalent block panel complete with providing 50 mm glass wool with density 32 kg per cubic meter.) a) Inside lab (acoustical Finish) b) Outside lab (Laminated Finish) 3 Providing and fixing powder coated aluminium door with frame partly glaze and partly panel with 12 mm laminated board complete as directed with providing necessary door fitting complete with 4 nos floor spring as directed as per the approved drawing / site. 5 Studio light grid - Providing and installing of MS tube 20 mm or as per suitability studio lighting grid of 4’ x 4’ spacing and properly painted with 2 coats of primer and enamel paint. With proper power arrangement for studio lights and cable trenches where ever is required for studio dimmer light. 6 Providing and laying 2mm thick PVC flooring in side studio area as per the approved drawing / site. 7 Closing of Glass window /partition with MDF painted black from one side mounted in front of the glass with drywall partition as per the approved drawing / site.
