2 | Supply , Erection , Commissioning and testing of Submersible solar AC Pump of MNRE approved Solar AC pump of reputemake i.e.KSB/Gurndfus. The submersible pump should be suitable for pumping clean water . All the components should be made in stainless steel grade EN 1.4301 (AiSi 304) that ensures high corrosive resistance . The pump should be coupled with suitable motor with sand shield , mechnical shaft seal,water lubricated journal bearings and a volume compensating diaphargm . The motor should be fitted with tempcon temperaturesensor devicethat include a NTC resistor which senses the temperatureby use of powerline communication together with a control panel ,enables temperature monitoring. The rssistor should built -in close to the winding. The temperature is converted in to high frequency sibnal which is sent via the subersible drop cable and which can be converted into a temperature reading by means of control panel . The stator should be hermetically encapsulated in stainless steel and the windings are embedded in polymer compound resulting high mechnical stability ,optimum cooling and reduces the risk of short circuits in the windings .The shaft seal faces should beceramic/ carbon, this material combination provides good dry running resistance togetherwith the shaft seal housing ,the sand shield forms a labyrinth seal , which during normal operating conditions prevents penetration of sand particle into the shaft seal. The Motor should be canned type submerible motor offering good mechnical stability and high efficiency .suitable for temperatures upto 40 degree celsius.The pump should be suitable for data given below :-. |

18 | P/F and testing of SOLAR PUMP CONTROLLER (ELECTRONICS AND PROTECTIONS)equipeted with Renewable solar invertor which is an off grid solar inverter to enable end -user to use solar power for a wide range of applications. Renewable solar invertor should be customized specifically to be compatible with quoted pump ,with Maximum Power Point Tracker (MPPT) and various protection software which delivers an efficient and reliable solar system solutionand maximize the water discharge. The inverter must have IP 54 protection or must be housed in a cabinet having at least IP54 protection. Adequate protections should be incorporated against dry operation of motor pump set, lightning, hails and storms.The invertor should have Rs-485 modbus RTU/TCP , 6 digital inputs ,preconfigured for solar application ,2 signal relays . Full protection against open circuit, accidental short circuit and reverse polarity should be provided and i/c carriage of material within all leads lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Providing & fixing of sign wave filter having high degree of filtering ,resulting in a high reduction of the stress on the motor insulation system & reduces the acoustic noise from the motor . Sign wave filter should capable to reduce Motor losses as sign wave filter converts the output pulses of the frequency converter into sign wave shaped current resulting reduction of motor noise.The sign wave filters should reduce for voltage stress on the motor windings and the stress on the motor insulation. Providing earthing to all equipment to be provided as per IS 3043(1987) A single Earth pit preparation and connectivity to all equipment with 25x3 GI strip and i/c carriage of material within all leads lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Supplying, installation and testing ofPV ARRAY: The SPV water pumping system should be operated with a PV array .Sufficient number of modules in series and parallel could be used to obtain the required PV array power output. Use of PV modules with higher power output is preferred. a. Indigenously produced PV module (s) containing mono/ multi crystalline silicon solar cells should be used in the PV array for the SPV Water Pumping systems. b. Modules supplied with the SPV water pumping systems should have certificate as per IEC 61215 specifications or equivalent National or International/ Standards. c. Modules must qualify to IEC 61730 Part I and II for safety qualification testing. d. The efficiency of the PV modules should be minimum 14% and fill factor should be more than 70%. e. The terminal box on the module should have a provision for “Opening” for replacing the cable, if required. f. There should be a Name Plate fixed inside the module which will give: Name of the Manufacturer or Distinctive Logo, Model Number , Serial Number, Year of manufacture and i/c carriage of material within all leads lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Supplying , Instalation and testing of MOUNTING STRUCTURES AND TRACKING SYSTEM,The PV modules should be mounted on metallic structures of adequate strength and appropriate design, with 10 feet clearance from ground, which can withstand load of modules and high wind velocities up to 150 km per hour. The support structure used in the pumping system should be hot dip galvanized iron with minimum 80 micron thickness. and i/c carriage of material within all leads lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.OTHER ASSESSORIES/ISOLATION SWITCH AND WIRES: A good reliable switch/MCCB suitable forDC / AC use is to be provided with the motor pump set with enclosure. b.Sufficient length of cable should be provided for inter-connection between the PV array and the motor Pump sets. c.
