Supplying and fixing smart single phase two wire dual source prepaid energy meters BIS 15884 marked in existing meter board / floor panels with pre payment capacity touch keypad based digital having current range 10-60 Amp 240 Volt accuracy class 1.0 alongwith parallel home display split unit with inbuilt load control switch containing provision for TOD and RTC, inbuilt feature to sense the DG mode through PLSI, dual source registration wrt grid as well as DG supply and dynamic load allocation facility from grid and DG, capable to define for tariff slabs, happy hours and holiday definition complete all as specified and directed.

S&F plastic transparent pilfer proof hot pressedmoulded SMC meter box of size 350mm x 250mm x150mm single door for installation of single phase prepaid meter complete all as specified and directed.

Notes applicable on Item No.2:-(a)Includes vending software certified by ISO/IEC 27001 and compliance with IS 13779, IEC 62055-31, IEC 62053-21 also impart training to the deptt personnel. Note :- (i)Meter should maintain its own energy account and should support multi- rate time of use or slab tariffs. (ii)Should display electricity usage in money terms. (iii)Should support for slab or time of use tariffs with upto 4 rates. (iv)Should have emergency credit facility to allow consumers to stay connected after their credit has run out opportunity to buy a new credit token. (v)Should have friendly credit facility to prevent disconnection during unsocialhours- no need to keep vending stations opens 24/7. (vi)Should have facility to get tarrifs updated and sent to the meters using customer\"s cash token. (vii)Vending system should support debt recovery. (viii)Meter should support over load protection and load limiting. (ix)Should have option for freedom (Remote keypad/ display unit). (x)Should have provision for historical data and comparisons such at \"This month against last month\". (xi)The meter and its associated system should have built in features to counter fraudulent customers and reduce revenue losses. (xii)Ingress protection IP 51, operating temp - 10 degree centigrade to +60 degree centigrade and storage temperature -25 degree centigrade to +70 degree centigrade, Humidity 95% non - condensing. (xiii)Maximum demand register with configurable automatic reset. (xiv)Communication - optical 1107 port for local communication and RJ-11 port under terminal cover for In-home display.(xv) Should communicate with provider and consumer over mobile phone w.r.t lowbalance and charge details as SMS.
