Interim payments shall be made as per payment terms stated in the tender document. Payment will be made for actual number of floors (Wings) considered for renovation as per decision of Engineer in Charge. Quoted rate is on lumpsum all inclusive basis on per floor (per wing) basis. Unit of measurement is on per wing of any floor basis irrespective of size of the wing. For example each floor has three wings (East Central and West and payment shall be made for three units). |
| 3 | Monthly fees for deployment of Site Engineer for Site Construction Supervision Services |
| 4 | Monthly fees for Site Engineer having minimum qualification as BE (Civil) with 3 years of experience or Diploma in Civil with 5 years of experience . Site Enginner shall be deployed during actual execution of the job as per site requirement and as per instruction of Engineer in Charge. Man-month rate for deployment of site engineer shall be made on actual deployment basis as per instruction of engineer in charge irrespective of number of floors where actual works are in progress by different contractor(s) at any point of time. Architect / Consultant shall continue discharging other jobs and responsibilities as per scope of works detailed in the tender document for whing fees are considered on lumpsum basis as per above item. |
