| 1 | Preparation of land acquisition documents complete in all respects including collection of all relevant revenue records (including Khasra maps, Khatiyan, Jamabandi etc.) from the localrevenue administration office required for preparation of Draft notification under Section 3A of the NH Act and superimposing the same on the alignment plans preparation of cadastral maps etc. Identify and list all land parcels that need to be acquired as part of project road. Conduct joint measurement survey in conjunction with CALA, the Executing Agency and the Revenue Department to verify land records. Assist the CALA and the Project Executing agency in preparation of statutory notification under Sections 3A, during hearing of objections received under Section 3C, recording of hearings and completion of this process, preparation of draft notification under Section 3D and completion of the land acquisition process at every stage, timely publication of notifications and public notices in news papers at every stage Preparation and publication of 3(a) 3(A) & 3(D) notifications according to the LA act of NH in the desired language. Identification of land parcels missed out from acquisition in the first round and assists the authority and the CALA in preparation of Draft Notification for acquisition of the land under missing plots. Assistance of competent authority for land acquisition CALA at all the stages. The scope of the consultant shall be limited to the publication of 3(D) notification but will be to assist the CALA and the executing agency at all stages. | 2 | Forest clearance of the forest portion along the highway excluding the tunnel portion collection of forest maps from the relevant forest department and superimposing the same on the survey drawings. Uploading the forest proposals on E Parivesh and obtaining the clearances from the concerned forest division. Clearance upto submission of the stage 1 Form A and form B complete upto the satisfaction of the Engineer-in Charge including printing and scanning of the actual drawing, forest plans, revenue paper and liasoning with state Government departments to expedite the forest clearance process |
| 3 | Updation of DPR (detailed project report), geometric design, detailed estimates for quantities (considering designs and mass haul diagram) and project cost for the entire project (civil packages wise), based onMoRTH’s Standard Data Book and market rate for the inputs. The estimation of quantities shall be based on detailed design of various components like pavements, Also detailed analysis for computing the unit rates for the different items of works. The unit rate analysis shall duly take into account the various inputs and their basic rates, suggested location of plants and respective land distances for mechanized construction. Including printing and scanning of the actual drawing revenue paper strip plans infrastructure maps etc, L-section X-section of relevant scale and DPR 6 copies complete in all respect. The unit rate for each item of work shall be worked shall be worked out in terms of manpower, machinery and materials complete upto the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
