The cost of taking down of fittings underitem nos 40 to 46 shalldeemed to be included in the unit rate of item no 1 quoted by the contractor. (b) Necessary T&P, Safety Belt, Aluminium Ladder, transportation etc reqd for repair/maint of perimeter/security/street lights shall be provided by the contractorwithout any extra cost to the department and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (c) The quoted unit rate shall deemed to be inclusive of attending any breakdown . The contractor shall attend the complaint within 24 hours of intimation of Engineer-in-Charge/JE.The complaints shall beattended by qaulified manpower .Fault shall be intimated through Telephone/ SMS to the contractor or his authorised representative. (d) The contractor shall attend the complaints 24 hours andif the contractor is not rectify the complaint , penalty shall be charged as given below :- (i) Upto 06 Hours- NIL (ii) Exc.06 and upto including 12hours - Rs200.00 per complaint (iii)Exc.12 and upto including 24hours - Rs400.00 per complaint (iv) Subseqently for 24hours - Rs500.00 per complaint |
