Supply & fixing new top of suitable size, made of 18 mm thick particle board bonded exterior grade, affixed with PVC laminate sheet of 1mm thick of white shade on top and below as approved by Engr-in-Charge. Teakwood beading of 4 mm x 18 mm size fixed all round the top, joined at corners in Mitre joint with synthetic adhesive and panel pins and duly given a coat of high gloss white paint over a coat of white primerand rest all as per drawing and directed by Engr-in–Charge.

207	All as per item No 30.00 but Re-alignment and Welding (in smooth finish) of broken parts/joints of the frame of Teapoy Verandah to its original shape. Supply and fixing 20x3 mm thick iron strip, if required as per drawing in accordance with standard workmanship/directed and specified byGE/Engr-in Charge.

M&L for preparation ofold painted iron/steel surfaces by scraping & rubbingwith Abrassive paper(externally and internally) broken/damaged welding or unscrewed parts to be refixed/screwed/welded with main frame without damaging. Removing dents and scratches, if any and filing the same with paste filler and applying one coat of superior quality of OG/Steel grey/white synthetic enamel paint spray machine over a coat of red oxide primer as directed by Engr-in–Charge.
