Supply & errection of hot dip galanised 9 metre length octagonal tappered pole fabricated out of HT steel conforming to BS EN 10025, S-355 JO with top diametermin of 70mmA/F , botom diameter of min 155mmA/F, 3mm section thickness alongwith base plate of size 260mmx 260mmx16mm, 4 nos foundation J boltsM24x750mm (ENB grade)with required template.It shall have a 4- Arm pipe bracket 1500mm long, 40 mm Diameter for Top 70mm . The pole shall be painted with 2 coats of UV resistant polyurethane paint of approved colour.The scope of work includes a sleek junction box(Hensel) with 3 nos of 6A MCBs and stud type terminal suitable for cable connection including termination of incoming and outgoing cables etc as required and 3x2.5sqmm copper conductor FR PVC cable from fixture to the junction box . The junction box shall be fixed inside the pole , the J-bolts shall be reinforced in the cement concrete foundation aligned as per the requirement .The work also includes carrying out excavation,rubble packing, PCC, RCC etc for foundation as per the design provided by the manufacturer . The pole shall be of make Bajaj / Transrail/ Surya / Philips/ GE / Crompton .

Supply , errecting and commissioningof integral type IP66LED streetlightluminaire including control gear and with all accessories on existing pole with all mounting arrangements .The luminaire shall shall be with nominal system with LED Efficacy 140 Lm /watt , wattage 120Watts or higher so as to produce average illumination of minimum 30 Lux.The Luminaire with presuure die cast aluminium housing , epoxy powder coatedshall have color temperature of 3000-6500k and CRI greater than80. The THD and power factor shall be less than15% and greater than 0.9 respectively.The LED used in the Luminaire shall have individual optical lenses and shall be of makes CREE, BRIDGELUX or OSRAM. The Luminaire shall be of make Crompton LSTO-120-CDL, Bajaj BRTFG 120W LED CR WWor equivalent in GE, WIPRO or SCHREDER.
