7Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removal of rubbish from the site complete all as specified and as directed.
8Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition and removing debries from site of work complete all as directed.

29Material and labour for applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming one coat of exterior primer @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.
30Materials and labour for use and waste of form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work, not exceeding 200mm thick (horizontal or sloping) with rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.
31Material and labour for use and waste of formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc with rough finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and as directed.
32Material and labour for use and waste of formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc., vertical or to batter with rough finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and as directed.
33Restraining and resecuring including making good staples etc plain mild steel wire, galvanised class 3, in fencing including straining and fixing to wood, concrete or steel posts and/or to straining bolts, including securing with and provision of galvanised iron tying wire, galvanised iron staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. 38Material and labour for mild steel round bars 10mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required for fixing of chain link fencing of quality conforming to Fe-410 (Grade-E-165) all as specified complete all as specified and as directed.
39Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.
