Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 meter in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including disposal of excavated earth,up to 50 meter from cutting edge, lift up to 1.5 mtr disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed in all kind of soil.including all lead and lift.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the costs of centring and shuttering. All work up to plinth level with1:5:10(1: cemet :5 coarse sand :10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including all lead and lift.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the costs of centring and shuttering. All work up to plinth level with1:3:6(1: cemet :3 coarse sand :6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including all lead and lift.

Chequrred concrete tile 22 mm thick in foot pathcourtyard, jointed with neat cemt slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tile,including rubbing, cleaning and surring compete on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1: cemet :4 coarse sand ) dark shade using ordinary cement, including all lead and lift.
