Providing and laying cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering in 1:2:4 (1: cement :2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size. All work up to plinth level.

Steel work in built up tubular (round,square or rectengular, hollow tuble etc.) truss etc including cutting hoasting ,fixing in position and applying priming coat of approved steel primer including welding with special shaped washer etc. complete job.

Providing and fixing hand rail of approved round size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing stain case railing and similar work including applying prime coat of approved steel primer M.S Tube.

Painting steel work with delux neatly surface paint of required shade to give an even shade two or more coat applied and manufacture
