| 1 | Complete maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn trees, shrubs, hedge, flower beds, foliages, creepers etc. including hoeing,weeding pruning replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mover and brush cutter , removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers(whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and menure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by office-in-charge (Cost of Good Earth, Manure, Fertilizer, Insecticide, Pesticide will be provided by the Department & lawn mover and brush cutter with fuel, other T & P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor). Prestigious works (500 sqm x 24 months). |
| 2 | Maintenance of potted plant Earthen pot in displayed at ground floor only in bungalow,office complex including application of good earth, manure, insecticide, pesticide and fertilizer, removing of dry parts by pruning, cleaning dry leaves and displaying in appropriate place and replacement of broken pots coloring of pots and change of location of pots and replacing with fresh plants as and when required ( Materials shall be provided by the department) as per direction of officer in charge Per Pot (100/month*24 months) |
| 3 | Maintenance of potted plants Cement pots at ground floor in flats and ground floor bungalow,office complex including application of good earth, manure, insecticide, pesticide and fertilizer, removing of dry parts by pruning, cleaning dry leaves and displaying in appropriate place and replacement of broken pots coloring of pots and change of location of pots and replacing with fresh plants as and when required (Materials shall be provided by the department) as per direction of officer in charge (200 /month x 24 months). |
| 4 | Clearing of grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m out side the periphery of the area cleared (100 x 24 months). |
| 5 | Maintenance of well grown up flowering shrubs (3-6 plants per pot) in large size Cement pots (1.50 x 0.50 x 0.45 m) displayed on elevated corridor in front of terminal building including application of good earth, manure, insecticide, pesticide and fertilizer, removing of dry parts by pruning, cleaning dry leaves and displaying in appropriate place and replacement of broken pots and replacing with fresh plants and coloring pots and replacing with fresh plants as and when required (Materials shall be provided by the department) as per direction of officer in charge (Cement pots 800 Nos*24 months). |
| 6 | Maintenance of tall specimen plants/trees in large sized PVC tubs/pots (60 cm dia top and 60 cm perpendicular height) displayed on elevated corridor in front of terminal building including application of good earth, manure, insecticide, pesticide and fertilizer, removing of dry parts by pruning, cleaning dry leaves and displaying in appropriate place and replacement of broken pots coloring of pots and change of location of pots and replacing with fresh plants as and when required ( Materials shall be provided by the department) as per direction of officer in charge (325 Nos x 24 months). |
| 7 | Provision of job work (cattle chasing/watch & ward) for Garden features at airport premises and other unexpected emergency works which are unsusceptible for measurement) including all necessary tools and equipments etc., complete as per direction of officer-in-charge (2 Nos/day*365*2 years). |
| 8 | Supplying of Organic manure (Vermi compost) packed in 50 kg standard plastic bag. |
| 9 | Supply of fertilizer DAP packed in 50 kg plastic bag. |
| 10 | Supply and stacking of red earth at site suitable for horticulture works including loading, unloading carriage etc., complete as per the direction of Officer in charge (earth measured in stacks shall be reduced by 20% for payment). |
| 11 | Supply and stacking of well decayed cow dung manure at site suitable for horticulture works including loading, unloading carriage etc., complete as per the direction of Officer in charge (manure measured in stacks shall be reduced by 8% for payment). |
| 12 | Carriage of pruned tree branches /rubbish/garbage and/or any other waste etc., by mechanical transport (5 cum capacity truck/trip) up to a lead of 10 km/trip (municipality dump yard or any other disignated location by city) etc and disposal of the same at designated dump yard of city corporation including loading, unloading carriage and charges for corporation etc., complete as per the direction of Officer in charge. |
