Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50mm and disposal of scarified material within all lifts and lead upto 1 km (by mechanical means).

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying 50mm thick bituminous macadam base course with stone aggregate of quality size and grading as specified in latest MORT and H specifications and straight run bitumen of VG-30 @ 3.5% by weight of total mix including hot mixing of stone aggregate and bitumen in hot mix plant transporting mixed material to the site and laying with paver finisher as per required profile including cost of priming coat / tack coat and filling patches / pot holes with BUSG / BM in required level and grade, rolling with road roller 8 to 10 tone capacity to achieve the required compaction and density (Incl. cost of bitumen)

Providing and laying 25mm thick SDBC on prepared surface with specified graded crushed aggregate for wearing coarse as specified straight run/cut back bitumen of grade 80/100 @ 5.00% (115.40 kg per cum) by weight of total mix including hot mixing of stone aggregate and bitumen in hot mix plant, VG-30 transporting mixed material and laying mixed material with paver finisher to the required level and grade, rolling with road roller of 8-10 tone capacity to achieve the required compaction and density and preparing the existing road surface. (As per MOST specifications 511) including applying tack coat on bituminous surface @ 0.50 kg/sqm using bitumen emulsion (Rapid Setting) complying with IS 8887-1995, spraying the bitumen emulsion with mechanically operated spray unit, cleaning and preparing the surface as per specification for roadincluding all leads and lifts, carriages of material etc. complete.
