| 3 | Fabrication & welding of pipelines (CS/GI) for repair/replacement of damaged pipelines/ installing new lines/ modification with valves & fittings/ re-routing of various pipelines, etc. having different thickness in petro plants - sizes of pipes vary from 65 NB and up to and including 350NB at all elevations and all locations. |
| 4 | Erection of the fabricated pipelines (Items No.1 & 2 above) with necessary fittings like valves, flanges, etc. and with proper structural supports & clamping, after dismantling the existing old pipelines, wherever necessary. Providing guides & shoes and welding of pads also shall be done as per requirement. The rate is inclusive of steel structural work. |
| 5 | Applying one coat paint primer after thorough cleaning by mechanical means with best quality Epoxy primer of FACT approved brand at all heights, including cost of all consumables, tools & materials, labour, scaffoldings etc. as per departmental instructions. |
| 6 | Applying one coat of finish paint, using Epoxy finish paint of FACT approved brand & quality, at all elevations (over the priming coat specified in schedule-4 above). This includes cost of all consumables, tools & materials, labour, scaffoldings etc. as per the departmental instructions.(colour will be specified at time of execution of work). |
