(iii) All complaint/repairs shall be attended/completedwithin 06 Hour failing which a recovery of Rs 500/- per day per complaint shall be made from contractor dues.(iv) Penaltywill be charged for not attending complaint from 12 Hoursto 24 hours Rs. 500/per complaint per day. Furtherif complaint not attended and rectifiedwithin 24 hours after intimation (Intimation will be given by message/whats app/mail by mentioningtime of complaint,for that contractor has to submit his authorised reps details for receiving complaint) of complaint, failing which same will be got rectified through spot quotation by job order by any other agency and double of the job order amount to be deducted from contractors dues. |
