The outer & inner galvalume sheet of 0.50mm TCT steel 550 Mpa shall have a coating mass of 150 g/sqm zinc aluminium alloy coating total of both sides as per AS-1397 and finished with 20 microns colour coating of SMP polyester quality paintas per AS/NZS-2728:1997 (Category-3) over a 5 micron primer on exposed side and a back coatof 5 microns on inner side over a 5 micron primer. The panels should be of required length and required width with maximum width up to 1190mm with tongue & groove configuration.The prefabricated panels shall be fixed directly to the girth using self drilling fasterners. The metal sheet shall confirm to IS: 513.AS-1397&2728. The polyurethane insulation shall confirm to IS: 12436. The rate include cost of flashing/ridges/ corner pieces/ hips etc. made of 0.5 mm TCT PPGL (Galvalume) steel sheet in required shape and size including all accessaries required to complete the work . The rate of the item is inclusive of all materials, likes base channal of required size and shape for seating of wall panels on floor /walls,erection accessories, incidental charges, cost of dash fastners etc, cost of making provision for doors, windows , ventilators, and concealed pipes, conduits and support for electrical and sanitary appliances etc and other incidental charges as per sample including additional flat /sheet of required size, shape and thickness for fixing door/window/ventilator frame complete as per manufaturer"s specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge . For payment, finished PUF sandwitch panels shall be measured upto half centimetres for calculating area upto two places of decimal. No deduction shall be made for openings upto 0.20 sqm and no extra payment shall be made for wastages etc.
120(A) For Roof panels with 50 (50/80) mm thick Roofing panels having finished with 0.50mm thich TCT Galvalume Hi-Rib sheet on outer side and 0.50 mm TCT Plain Galvalume sheet on inner side including miscellaneous expanses of fixing accessories such as dash fastners and making arrangement for concealed conduits etc.
121(B) For Wall panels with 80mm thick wall panels finished with 0.50mm thick TCT Galvalume Plain sheet with small ribs on both sides with Camlock arrangement complete including miscellaneous expanses of fixing accessories such as wall corners, dash fastners, base channels,nuts and bolts and making arrangement for concealed water supply pipes ,sanitary fittings, electrical appliances and conduits etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
122(C) For 50mm thick door shutters finished with 0.50mm thick TCT Galvalume Plain sheet with small ribs on both sides including required frame, 4 nos. Hinges & screws, in-built locking arrangement, tower bolts, sliding door bolts etc. matching with the colour of the wall panel of porta cabins complete as per manufacture"s specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Area of shutter excluding frame shall be measured for payment).
