| 3 | REFURBISHMENT OF PUMP / PRT ASSEMBLY1. If due to any technical reasons the complete pump is to be shifted to OEM\"s works for dismantling of old cartrdige from barrel & assembly of new cartridge inside the barrel, the shifting of the pump from IOCL-Panipat site to OEM\"s works & back shall be in the scope of M/s IOCL. On receiving the pump at site the re-commissioning as mentioned above shall be done under OEM Expert Supervision. At OEM\"s works the Tools & tackles, manpower required to carry out the job, shall be arranged by OEM.2. Spare parts will be supplied by M/s IOCL. |

| 5 | Per Day Rate (for 8 hours) on call basis for Expert Service Engineer on normal Working Day from Monday to Saturday excluding lunch break. |
